Huge rooms, comfy beds, friendly staff and shuttle to the airport was great.
Expensive for the night - however this is probably the same across Anchorage.

When we walked in we were greeted warmly by Eurina! She was kind, efficient and helpful. She got us checked in quickly and then we went to enjoy a delicious dinner.

Had a great stay at this hotel. The food was really good with lots of tasty options, and everything I tried was fresh and well made. The service at the restaurant was excellent, staff were super professional, specially “Gs Espinosa”, she was very friendly, attentive, and always makes customers feel welcome from the moment they walk in. She handles busy shifts with ease and keeps a positive attitude no matter how hectic it gets. You can tell she really cares about providing great service, and it shows in every interaction. The restaurant is lucky to have her!
They really made me feel welcome and comfortable throughout our stay. Overall, it was a very enjoyable experience, and I’d definitely stay here again.

This place is really falling apart. It is not the same anymore. I have been here for a week due to my flight being cancelled because of the weather. They have been busy, which we get but there are so many things I was disappointed by. First, some of the staff at the restaurant are clueless. This girl name Marie took our order and nowhere to be found. Waited hours for our food and nothing. We could not find her anywhere an hour or so.. It was a terrible experience with her. Second, the limited menu. So sad to be dining in here for a week and still serve their limited menu. We want to enjoy the steak and dinner specials but the restaurant failed to offer that for a week. Third, the desserts. What kind of restaurant who does not serve at least 1 or 2 desert? Was everything out or was it another reason? And lastly, there was smoke coming out of their kitchen. Could be a ventilation issue? Who knows, but that is a health hazard. We love staying at this place but it really disappointed us. Management really needs to be on top of things like this. Check your staff, check what your restaurant is serving and check for what you’ve been out of. Although, we appreciate some of the staff who are working so hard despite it being busy.
They charge me 109.50 after I check out, nothing was used, the floor had food on the carpet, there was coffee spilled on the wall under the counter, it was very dusty

I have been eating at the restaurant since my company booked us here. The 3 Filipino servers I met are incredible. Always have a smiling face even tho it was busy. On Thursday We had one of the Filipino server and she was working alone all by herself. I was amazed on how she was handling the chaos. She was still putting the most genuine smile and making jokes and conversations with other people. She was really trying her best to accommodate everyone. I came back Friday and I saw her again and this time she was working with 2 more people. She greeted me with a smile and helped me. She’s a bucket full of sunshine in my opinion.
The server from the restaurant specially the pinay employee was so rude and mean also unrespectable to the customers. And the most horrable expirience that i have is to wait almost 1 hour to get my order plus another 1 hour waiting and at the and my order is incompleted and when i ask why they dont tell me that my 1 of order is unavailable she said that not her problem and she is so mean and they just ignore me without appologized. 😡🤬
Overall my experience was very good I do think the hotel needs to look a little cleaner especially in the hallways
