Location to airport
Furniture was a nit dated and worn
Convenient, close to the airport. Staff very friendly. Large clean beds. Reception area a must see!

the 1 front desk person did not have the authority to fix my bill
The only real positive remaining is the convenient location near Ted Stevens Anchorage International Airport.
It was very disappointing to see how far The Lakefront Anchorage has declined over the years. This hotel used to be one of the standout places to stay in Anchorage, but unfortunately the service, food quality, cleanliness, and overall guest experience have gone significantly downhill.
The only real positive remaining is the convenient location near Ted Stevens Anchorage International Airport. Beyond that, the property no longer reflects the quality, atmosphere, or level of service it was once known for.
It is genuinely unfortunate to see what was once an amazing hotel become such a disappointing experience in nearly every aspect.
The staff was amazing! Friendly and made the visit enjoyable.
Loved the place and Eurina at the front desk was fantastic. Besides having a beautiful smile she was very kind and accommodating.
Shuttle was convenient; room curtains were smudged with food fingerprints. The Tub was the worst. Room was dark; light switches didn't work near the bed.
My view was a large dumpster right outside my window on first floor. There were people walking around and sleeping in narrow spots. It was clear to me that someone had tried to enter the room at some point through the window ( screen on window was bent quite noticeably where someone tried to gain access. I showed the manager how close I was to public access and she reassured me I was totally safe. Basically I was dismissed. No room change. I told the desk manager I didn't feel safe at all as a lone traveler. She said the policy of the hotel was that all guests with dogs were confined to the first floor and had no other rooms, but to check in at the desk the next morning.
Everything was good but the sink was not cleaned throughly
All good
Needs an update. Beginning to be run down
Highway Robbery. I made a reservation here and thirty minutes later my work schedule changed. I reached out immediately and explained what happened. They said they would ask the manager and I didn’t hear anything back until the day after the reservation when I got a voicemail that said they they were unwilling to waive the cost of the room and they charged me full price for the reservation that was for three days later.
Sorry I had the room reserved for thirty minutes but it doesn’t feel like it should cost me $200. Me and my dad used to always stay here when we made it to town but not anymore.
Nice staff! Great rooms!
