First the cost was very high & wasn't meet with the actual accommodation serveries, then the food below normal, the reply to my requests was very bad, one last thing the AC was centrally controlled that mean I can't change it or turn it off.

The room was clean and quiet.
For a 4 star hotel, they don't have a "shaving kit" or "dental kit" even if you request it, really pity for the price of the room.
Some hotels have fewer stars, but they give it for free.
