The hotel excelled in everything. However, management should note that their clients come from all over the world. They need to ensure that the hotel provides electric plugs compatible with various types of phone chargers, not just those used in the Middle East.

Hello, I booked a room in an Adagio aparthotel in Jeddah, Saudi. The hotel claim that it has nonsmoking floors. Unfortunately, the the rooms had strong smoking smell and were filthy. We could not stay for the night. Please arrange for a refund

The room was decent but none of the facilities listed: pool, spa, fitness center, or even massages are able to be used by women. This was not noted anywhere when I booked and I wouldn't have booked if this was stated.
Also be very careful at the pool, the hotel doesn't employ any lifeguards and children are not supervised while at the pool.

the daily cleaning was very very poor sometimes evan some garbage bins were not emptied
the sofas were poorly maintained with many stains on it
i also asked for extra clothes hangers as it only had 4 for a two bedroom appartment and they replied we donot have any more so i ended up buying 2 dozen and left them in the cabinets
Overall, the staff, location and facilities are very good.
The only downside of the stay was the food, its not at the same level of everything else which hopefully will be improved to make the place an excellent choice.
If you planning a long stay, you have better options in Jeddah.
Location and facilities are very good, but you have to compromise when it gets to food. Breakfast and in-room food quality is where the hotel has huge room for improvement.
The location is good. The room was fine. The overall experience was pleasing.

Good hotel , nice room and so quiet .
The only negative thing was the cleanliness of the toilet, needs more care , swimming pool closed at 7pm which is so early!
Those with cars , keep in mind that it is so difficult to get your car out of the hotel parking ! Sooo tight parking , it tooks me 15 minutes and many efforts just to get my car out of this tiny parking .
It's really serious, because your car may stuck in there for hours as some guest suffered the same in front of me .
So don't say i didn't tell you !

Everything was great. COVID-19 just opened so no pool or spa services, which was a bit of bummer.
Everything was perfect, friendly staff, nice decoration, clean rooms and prepared with all needed equipments for a long stay
Value for money. Perfect for short business trip. Fresh interior design. Very good location.
