The breakfast was good

Cons:

The door was very heavy. The door was hard to lock had to be slammed to lock. The room had a bad odor. There were not enough towels in the room. No towels at the pool. Was not able to bath til 3 hours because of the towel situation.

Cons:

We didn’t have a remote control for 2 days in the bedroom and on our 3rd day our room was given to someone else. She had access to the room, I’m glad we were there when this occurred.

Customer service at front desk and maintenance staff not pleasant or helpful, or even available.
Pros:

The hotel is clean and modern.

Cons:

The service was not pleasant at the front desk, and we asked for maintenance due to a toilet, not flushing at all before we even used it, and nobody ever showed up nor gave us a status. We had to leave and it was 9 o’clock at night.

friendly staff and great location

Cons:

kids running kicking doors, knocking on doors claiming to be room service, playing in elevator, going from one floor to another running parents drinking and not paying attention to the team kids.
handicap parking is not good.
tub chipped in bathroom bathroom door warped, room smelled like a stinky dirt mop. the cabinet where bedroom tv was was all dusty. comforters on both bed very wrinkled.
only 2 towels in room, a rug type and a body towel.

Room ac was not working right,also the room smells like chlorine and very humid inside the room.Bathroom had stains.Also the lady in the bar area was very rude and the drinks were disgusting very expensive.She has no experience on how to make a drink.

It was very dated… bathtub was small and had hair from a previous person who stayed there. Area felt very sketchy was worried about my vehicle getting broken into. Different men kept driving around all the cars
