Me encanta la ubicacion y lo amplio de las habitaciones es excelente cuando viajas en familias grandes, ademas tienen happy hour todos los dias.

Cons:

It could have been better

It was nice to have fresh breakfast.

Cons:

I was disappointed that my room had a stale (bad)smell and the bathroom was very smelly like the had mop with dirty mop or water. They only had one waffle maker after 25 minutes of waiting i just left. The free drink from 5-6:30 i ask for red wine and it was warm which it did not taste good.

Expected more from this hotel. Room service was horrible and their attitude was terrible as well.

It was a good stay but there are better options that are cheaper.
Pros:

My room was clean. The staff was polite and helpful. The view from the 8th floor was good. The A/C is quieter than most hotels I've stayed at. I did not drink during my stay, but I saw that they had complimentary drinks in the evening, which is always nice.

Cons:

My room didn't have any bath or hand towels, just 2 small face cloths placed near the hair dryers. One of the lamps wouldn't turn on, and the WI-FI took forever to connect. The room design felt antiquated. I had two separate sinks, neither of which was located in the bathroom, nor had hand soap - the bottle near the sink is labelled body lotion. The bathroom itself was tiny, at least compared to most hotels I've stayed at.

This last stay was not so great.
Pros:

Location is great because it’s close to family.

Cons:

Room was not fully clean upon arrival. Food from previous guests were still in the refrigerator and room smelled musty.
