Amber helped make our stay at Embassy Suites in Bloomington , MN. very welcoming and feeling like home.
Pros:

Amber helped make our stay at Embassy Suites feel like a "home away from home". She was friendly and engaging and helped us straighten out the reservation. She made sure we had all our requests for :bedding, ice, coffee and the coffee machine as well as giving us advice about the food in the restaurant . She helped my son pick out the delectable Cheese cake slices and what was the best combination to combine the different flavors. She helped make our stay a delight.

Pros:

The complimentary breakfast and drinks are 10/10 drinks are not watered down they give two per adult in a room definitely recommend. Not to far from the mall and other shopping areas target was around the corner my family and I enjoy the whole stay very comfortable!!

overall besides the pros and cons, the stay went pretty well.
Pros:

breakfast and snack time was very well organized with lots of options, very pleased with that. The room did not look like the one i had booked online. I was also not aware of the construction that was going on at the time of the booking.

Cons:

we were upset that there was no hot tub, lol. Also the fact of all the noise from the construction going on.

Staff was very friendly, hotel amenities were excellent, food was phenomenal. A great stay for us!
Pros:

Beautiful hotel, was currently under a little construction but everything was still great! Breakfast was phenomenal!! Front desk staff was amazing and beyond friendly and helpful.

Cons:

The only downside was the pool area and water was freezing, but the kids didn’t care, they still had fun in the pool!

Pros:

Breakfast was good, fresh omelets were a hit. The spacious room was necessary.

Cons:

The building was under construction, so you can only use 1 side of the buildings elevators, and some of the stairs were closed as well. They charged me for parking when I’m a Hilton loyalty member. The pool was freezing.

We were very pleased.
Pros:

The free breakfast was exceptional. The hotel is going thru remodeling but its quiet, clean, not a problem. Our room had been recently remodeled, it was clean and comfortable. We actually loved this place, easy to get to, good value. We will be back.

Very disappointed to be completely honest. The best part was interacting with the front desk girls.
Pros:

I like how friendly the front desk staff were. They were always super sweet. I enjoyed how I could just go down to the bar and have a drink and order food. Breakfast was okay.

Cons:

They took the remotes out of the rooms that allow you to watch Netflix/other shows which resulted in you having to watch the shows live and there was NOTHING good on at all. I also didn’t like how the shower water was not hot at all. I had it all the way turned hot and it was not getting hot. The bartender did NOT seem to want to be there at all…
