We work with Dan on a monthly basis, and is FANTASTIC to work with every single time (He is even a Swifty😄!) He is always very accommodating and gets us whatever we need for our event set up. I would highly recommend using Embassy Suites on American Blvd in Bloomington for your next gathering or event! :)

Nice stay, great airport location
Pros:

The woman at the front desk was super friendly and informative. My room was perfectly clean and larger than I expected. The bartender put together a huge to-go breakfast since my flight left so early. Target was a 5 minute walk away and the airport was less than a 10 minute drive in the morning.

The staff was awesome. They were attentive and focused in their service. Amber, front desk in the evening when we checked in was very friendly, courteous and polite. Very informative and always willing to help. The area around the hotel was clean and spacious. The floors in the bathroom are a little bit worn but they were clean. We rented a car and the parking per night was affordable. Everything was close by. It was a good fit for us with the location. They have a nice breakfast daily from 6:30am-9:30am. So when you come out of your hotel room, you can look down below and see everything. The lobby is right in the center. The overall feel of the place made our trip relaxing and comfortable. We would do it again. The renovations are nice. I don’t know what it was like before but it looked nice. The pool is in doors, nice little gym, we didn’t order in because everything was so close by. We will be back. They did an awesome job at hosting. All the common areas were clean. Thank you Embassy Suites. If you’re ever in Minnesota, book here.

Pros:

Jay the bartender was outstanding in customer service making sure that it felt like your family. Service was second to none and I travel a lot for business so we really appreciate the time he took to make our experience. Great anybody that would hire him is going to have a great asset.
