Pros:

Very nice employees, friendly. We enjoyed the complimentary drinks and snacks. Breakfast delicious! Location was great.

Cons:

Housekeeping didn't leave bath towels every day even though we left used towels on floor. We had to request new towels everyday.

Our room was extremely warm. We had thermostat set at 65 and our candy bars were still very melty.

They PROVIDE customers a "paid parking lot" on top of your hotel cost!
Pros:

Location was ideal for trip my husband & I made. Suburb location, right off the Interstate for easy visits & meals. They are in middle of renovations. Noise level HIGH. Room was clean. Breakfast satisfactory, no variation in items. They CHARGE FOR USING THEIR PARKING LOT! We stayed 7 nights and were charged $85.00 to park. How else would one get to the hotel without a vehicle? It's not downtown location, which I might expect paid parking at. No public transportation anywhere. Do they expect us to walk from Illinois? We did not fly in, so the airport van could not have been of any use. Should we have parked in an empty office building? Store parking lot? Why in the heck would they charge for using the parking lot surrounding the hotel building? Will never stay there again just for that reason!

Our stay was phenomenal!
Pros:

The breakfast was definitely the favorite part for the kids! Happy hour was lots of fun as well! Despite construction, it was still very clean and comfortable.

Cons:

I wished the pool had a hot tub! That woukd have made it the perfect stay!

The woman at the front desk was kind courteous...brand new room to stay in...heat/air worked exceptionally well....very clean...met all expectations...

Cons:

For the price I can't really complain...great job...pillows are too puffy...

Amber helped make our stay at Embassy Suites in Bloomington , MN. very welcoming and feeling like home.
Pros:

Amber helped make our stay at Embassy Suites feel like a "home away from home". She was friendly and engaging and helped us straighten out the reservation. She made sure we had all our requests for :bedding, ice, coffee and the coffee machine as well as giving us advice about the food in the restaurant . She helped my son pick out the delectable Cheese cake slices and what was the best combination to combine the different flavors. She helped make our stay a delight.

Pros:

The complimentary breakfast and drinks are 10/10 drinks are not watered down they give two per adult in a room definitely recommend. Not to far from the mall and other shopping areas target was around the corner my family and I enjoy the whole stay very comfortable!!
