A strange sink-plug which made it a challenge to shave...might have got it wrong but if that is all, fair enough.
location was perfect. the staff were friendly and helpful. it was very good value - clean and comfortable. nice towels.
We had loud neighbours in the room next door in the late evening although this wasn't the hotel's fault.
Very quirky loved the decor. Comfy bed, quiet considering how central it was. Great location. Really good price too.

You REALLY have to appreciate that it is a budget hotel, with zilch "extras".
Friendly, capable staff. Clean room on arrival. Convenient bar/restaurant attached but separate business. Also with pleasant staff.

Policy of 1 pillow per person. Requested a couple of extras, got just 1 extra. No follow up room cleaning till after a 3 day stay.

The carpets were a little dated
Sleep was a problem due to a very loud aircon unit or something similar on the wall above the bed in the next room, on almost 24/7. I do not recommend room 115 due to this fact.
Room was dirty, people smoking weed in rooms nearby. Room smelt.

Great location, friendly staff and comfortable rooms. Air-con a bonus.
A very strong smell in the room, think it was cleaning product but we just got on with it.
The location is great, easy to access, and the rooms are fine for the price.
The ironing board was broken, and there was not enough plugs in the room for 2 people. There was no easy way to iron your clothes with the lack of space, plugs and for it being broken.
