Security around room keys needs to be looked into and not be given to people who are not staying in the hotel-GDPR and s

The decor was unique and comfortable

Cons:

I want to complain about my room key being given out without my consent in check out day. whether it was my friend or not I should have been consulted before hand and this was not the case. Thankfully I knew the people however if this was to happen to someone else it could put someone in danger if the key was to be given to a stranger and it could put someone in a dangerous situation. Do NOT do this again regardless is u less they are staying in the hotel.

Great stay once I’d found it! Need better phone assistance
Pros:

Relaxed downstairs posh hostel vibe

Cons:

I couldn’t locate it for 1 hour by satnav and multiple phonecalls to reception to ask for directions were unhelpful.
Staff put the phone down on me twice and there was no-one who could give directions in clear English.

Weekend stay , for a concert . Near shopping , cafe/ bars ect . Convenience of being near the train station .

But bathroom doors wood peeling due to water damage

Pros:

Clean, spacious and quirky with very helpful staff.
Kettle in the room, thick towels, very comfortable bed, fun decor, lovely bathroom with space to put toiletries, warm.
Easy walk to Piccadilly Station.
Would most definitely stay again.

Cons:

Nothing comes to mind (except maybe providing a small fridge)
