Pros:

Von den Damen an der Rezeption war ene Dame, die die Gastfreundlichkeit und Herzlichkeit ihrer Kolleginnen bei weitem übertroffen hat.

Cons:

Die Qualität des Essens (das Frühstück haben wir nicht genommen) im Restaurant ist dürftig und viel zu teuer.

Cheaper hotel than most but basic and lacking in quality.
Pros:

Location is great. Quirky hotel.

Cons:

Small rooms and basic facilities in the room, a bit dated in places and we had to pay to store our bags on check out.

Pros:

Great location, very clean and reception staff were very helpful, great for exploring the city near Piccadilly station
Great place for going to concerts or shopping trips we done both and had a ball Oh and the breakfast was lovely plenty of choice whether continental or a full cooked
I would definitely recommend this hotel and if we are in the city again we will definitely stay here again
