The hotel is in a central and convenient location. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and generally satisfactory for a short stay.
The room has poor ventilation, and the lift takes a very long time to arrive and to reach the requested floor.
Before my arrival, the staff had turned the air conditioning on, making the room freezing cold. It would have been better if the temperature had been set to a comfortable level or left for the guest to adjust.
On the second day of my stay, my room key card was unexpectedly deactivated even though I had booked and paid for two nights. I was unable to enter my room and had to return to reception. When I asked why this had happened, the receptionist on the afternoon of 16 July was rude and did not offer a single apology for the inconvenience.
The hotel also charges guests for luggage storage after check-out, which I found unreasonable. In my experience, most hotels, including smaller and less expensive ones, provide this service free of charge.
Overall, the customer service was disappointing, and I do not believe the hotel offers good value for the price. Based on my experience, I would not recommend staying here.

Interior decor was really bright and fun. Accessible room 211 has a fantastic large wet room /bathroom. The space felt really generous and light.
