Staff could of taken better action in accommodations when my incident was first reported

It’s a nice place but my 3 year old and I slipped and feel extremely hard in the bathroom next to the pool . There was no sign inside the bathroom warning us . When I reported the incident and night supervisor did not assign a staff member to clean the water we had slipped into

Amazing staff
Pros:

Great room size, breakfast is perfect. Everyone was so friendly and always so willing to help with anything we needed. Drinks downstairs were delicious. We didn't have any of the food but it looked pretty busy. We needed to be close to the Arcadia hosputal, we couldn't have stayed in a better place.

Everything was nice but the room.
Pros:

The hotel was in a good location, close to a lot of attractions and restaurants. The hotel upon arrival was really pretty and staff was friendly and helpful.

Cons:

We did book last minute so we got the last room that night. When my sister and I arrived and got to our room, the smell we were hit with was so moldy and musty and just really overwhelming. It took both us to open the balcony door because it wasn't sliding on its tracks and it was a heavy door. We called housekeeping and someone came up and the sprayed the whole room with a deodorizer. It lasted a few minutes before the smell came back. They said they would comp my $16 parking. (Which they didn't) Since they couldn't switch our room.

Pros:

We stay here at least once a year. The location is perfect for what we need.

Beautiful and wel priced
Pros:

The rooms were very big with comfy beds. Breakfast was amazing! Staff was really cordial and check in was quick and easy

Cons:

The only inconvenience was the live TV. It took forever to down load shows if you didn’t want to load your Netflix or whatever streaming app onto the television.

Rooms spacious, staff tremendously friendly and helpful, courteous. Hot water nearly instantly to shower even on sixth floor. Pool and hot tub comfortable temperature. Adequate parking, easy access.

We had such an awesome, relaxing fun stay!
Pros:

Camilla, Sophea and the whole front office staff are very accommodating and professional. Our son is autistic and they gave him so much attention and love.

Clara and the whole lounge staff were so warm and friendly!

The open atrium is so relaxing!

We can’t wait to go back next year!
