Great Place to Relax with friends and family.
Pros:

The only thing that was a bit frustrating were the sockets, all were lose, the wall sockets, which is important when you work remotely and need to or want to comfortably work from the bedside area, work desk, etc...We did without and worked around the issue, but it needs to be addressed because it shorts out personal equipment and is a fire hazard.
Outside of that, everything & everyone is Awesome!!
Ohh !! The elevators need some Love ❤️ 😍 💖 ❣️ 💕 💘 and care, please 🙏 fix them elevators because the height of the floors, well ,Lol...This Hotel is a Gem and close to being a really shiny one at best! Most hotels these days are getting better at upgrading the little things before they become lawsuits.
So I'm confident that whoever is running this Hotel is one in the same, The washer and dryers on the 3rd floor, note do not take quarters, phone app only, i particular don't like downloading those kind of apps on my phone, but there are plenty of pleasant laundromats close to the hotel....Great stay overall, i will return in the near future and appreciate the clean fresh rooms, calm and peaceful atmosphere and amazing staff throughout the hotel..Keep up the great Energy @ Embassy Suites

A diamond 💎 in the making.

The carpet if were being honest I do not like but that's just me, when you are lodging for long periods of time, certain things matter tho we just have to make do until it either affects us or we no longer have to be concerned...
My Biggest issue with this Cozy Comfy Hotel, is all the outlets in the sleeping area, from the wall plugs 🔌 to the outlets within the lamps are loose and unable to secure anything you put into the socket which causes overheating with mobile devices, damages your expensive adapters for charging devices and not cool when Home Depot, Lowe's and Walmart all sell brand new outlets rather affordable and they are amazingly simple to remove and install new outlets, as a former contractor i know 1st hand.
So in the future this matters much especially for travelers conducting business remotely....
Thanks for keeping clean rooms and offering a good breakfast, friendly service always and being so accommodating.

A Truly Pleasant Relaxing Stay

Easy Parking, Affordable, Friendly Attentive Staff. Clean Spacious Rooms, Decent Breakfast Included with your stay as guest. ATMOSPHERE
Inviting and great for single stay, couples and Large Groups, Family Reunion, whatever, plenty of Spacious Area to Entertain.
NO HASSLE, STARBUCKS ACROSS FROM HOTEL PARKING LOT AND PLENTY TO EAT AMD ENJOY WITHIN A 3 MILE RADIUS FROM HOTEL...

Cons:

Carpet in Rooms, Breeding Ground for dust, since its pet friendly, small tiny pest, but not terrible and the smells old carpets give off no matter how good you clean....simple laminated flooring would put the finishing touches and give these rooms both a more modern feel and a cleaner more manageable environment for everyone...Cost factors Lol..we get it but you asked 😀

Camila was great. She made my birthday amazing. She made me feel welcome. She made me wanna come back and book every day
Pros:

I love that they renewed the lobby, but most importantly when I checked in the front desk attended Camila was amazing. She made sure that I had the most relaxing incredible time for my stay because it was my birthday she did over and beyond for me. She was great she made my day

Cons:

There was nothing I didn’t like when I pre-booked the room had my name said it was my birthday. They had my name on the TV and everything.

One of the only places to stay in this area Thank you
Pros:

There may be newer hotels in this area. But they will not compete, and the fact of the staffing the quality of the food comfort in the rooms. And how well the employees work to make your every moment, they're so enjoyable.There is no other hotel to stay at.But this one

Cons:

At this time, the only thing I could say was the fact that it was a voting place. And I was not thrilled about the parking and part of that aspect of it not finding a place to park i like the fact that the parking structure. There's always a secured location, and at this time it wasn't

Restful entertaining and professional interactions with the staff
Pros:

Courtesy and quick attention to my needs as well as making changes to my accommodations. As well as the early morning coffee and breakfast that was offered. Close proximity to shopping was very helpful.

Cons:

One room had a terrible odor but the staff was very accommodating and rapidly changed the room that I had originally been assigned.

Great hotel for the family.
Pros:

Location was good. Santa Minica is about 50 min away depending on traffic and hollywood was 30-40 min also depending on traffic. Room was good for my family of 5, 2 queen bed room had a living area with a fold out bed. Im not a early bird I only got breakfast 1x and they had plenty to choose from and also a location to ask for an omelet.

Cons:

They need to add more washers and dryers and maybe look into moving the location of laundry area. Its small and gets hot. It got pretty busy the times I went to use them and had to wait.

Pool and Jacuzzi's mold

The pool and specially the jacuzzi's rim has a lot of mold. It looks dirty and non sanitary, I was very uncomfortable laying against the edge of the Jacuzzi. I visit this location frequently, but since last time, I don't feel like going back.
