know what you're being charged for before handing over your credit card and keep receipts.
Pros:

decent location, most destinations were walkable.

Cons:

Extremely incompetent staff. I was charged for my hotel room 3x. I paid before I arrived, got charged at check-in, and when i asked for a refund got charged a third time!!! Also requested new batteries for my tv remote and was told house keeping would be on the way, they never showed up.

Only place to stay in New Orleans!
Pros:

Loved our time in New Orleans and at this hotel. Location, location, location with quality and value. Would be our number 1 and only consideration if visiting again in the future.

Cons:

There was nothing we did not like about this Hotel.

Perfect place to stay for a visit to New Orleans.
Pros:

This hotel was perfect. It was in a great location - walkable to all the sights in the French Quarter. I loved that it was quiet and roomy. The room was large and we had plenty of space to move around. The beds were comfy. NOLA was under a boil water advisory, so there was no coffee in the lobby for 2 of the days - there was a great coffee shop around the corner that was boiling their water - we were so thankful it was close. The front desk person was so sweet. We loved our stay and if we are ever back in NOLA, we will stay there. Oh - and it is only 4 blocks from a street car stop on Canal St. You will not regret a stay there!

Cons:

There is no view. Our window had the "frost" type of windows so you couldn't see out at all. I think this is because there is a brick building right behind this hotel. Honestly, we were disappointed at first, but it really was no big deal and sunlight came in fine. I would stay at this hotel again, regardless of that. One other thing - the restaurant/bar in the lobby was not open. We were told it will open in April. It wasn't a big deal, but we would have had drinks there had it been open.

Pour un très court séjour ça passe mais plus de 3/4nuits je ne recommande pas.
Pros:

La localisation
Chambre spacieuse

Cons:

Bruyant!! Jusqu’à 3h du matin côté rue c’est musique à fond, disputes dans la rue.
Fenêtre pas en double vitrage et pas propre du tout.
Petit déjeuner très répétitif et peu varié.
La machine à café de la chambre n’avait pas l’embout pour permettre l’insertion de la capsule donc inutilisable.
Table de nuit poussiéreuse.
