Everything
I loved everything
Jose Cruz had quite an angry disposition. Mr. Cruz did not care for my question. My question was this: two visits to the embassy suites in one week both times the digital key was not working. Both times we need to go to desk, wait in line. I enjoy efficiency which is why I asked for a digital key. Mr. Cruz response to my inquiry was, “the digital key didnt work because it was denied”. I chuckle to his response because it is the equivalent to me to calling the Electric company upon finding out the electric has been turned off and their response being it’s because the power is out. Well, this inquiry really enraged Angry Mr. Cruz so much that he goes to his manager Kate and immediately takes a coffee from her and she is not expecting this. Every step of the way he could’ve gone in the back but because he was so enraged he stayed out in front, even though I had requested for him to be put into the back. I walked into this hotel with PTSD and it’s now 6:52 PM and I’m literally still shaking with symptoms from angry Mr. Cruz. I did not get the impression that Kate the General Manager care too much. In fact, she didn’t do anything or say anything to quell my experience. Mr. Cruz os a very angry man. I do not feel safe now.

Everything was good
When we checked in the staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was well kept and clean. Good value for the rate we paid. Would come again.
I was already tired when I checked in, so I got exhausted quickly. Unfortunately, the front desk computer wasn’t working for quite a while, and I had to just wait. In the end, that first impression turned into a rather negative one.
The location was good. Breakfast was good but they didn’t have enough seating
Everything was great except for the setting for breakfast. It was really crowded
This is the best Embassy Suites EVER! The staff was incredible- Chrissy & Marisa at the front desk did everything possible to ensure a great experience! Give them a high five for their hospitality! Omelette station was off the chain! Really superb location!
Breakfast was good, location is nice and scenic. Hotel has a nice look and layout, rooms are spacious and luxurious.
Having bananas at breakfast would be a nice touch!
I liked the pool, gym and the breakfast in the morning
I didn’t like that my two rooms where on different floors.
Clean the place clean it was a great enjoyable experience with everybody that worked there although my friends things were stolen and no one messed up to it it was left in the lobby we think someone of the staff got it but we couldn't be sure
I didn't like the only thing I didn't like was the fact that I couldn't take my breakfast up to my room and that just is irritating because I didn't want to eat with everybody else I like to relax so very irritating actually that was the only thing that just threw me off actually
We have stayed at this hotel several times. We have travelled all over the US and internationally, and this is one of my favorite hotels. The rooms are spacious, clean, comfortable. Even the room layout is very convenient - like the closets placed close to the bathroom. The staff is very helpful and responsive - especially the front desk staff. After we checked in, and found out that the room we had booked on-line was not what I prefer, ( I prefer a room with lots of natural light), the front desk staff was very helpful and changed us to another room. They also have an excellent breakfast buffet with a fantastic banquet chef who's in charge of the omelet station. Once you have ordered, he remembers what you ordered the next day you come in. I ordered one egg for my omelette , which, I now understand is not an easy task for an omelet, but he got it done. This chef is the best of the best. And this hotel is amongst the best of the best. Hilton's Valley Forge Embassy Suites shows that it doesn't have to be a Four Seasons, for a hotel to be the best of the best.
