MCM Elegante Suites Abilene

Very expensive for a private jacuzzi room. Its way overpriced.I can handle outdated furniture, but it would be simple to remove the artificial plants from 1990. They look terrible. No place to park. Breakfast was good. Jacuzzi was the big draw...its why I went to stay. Obvious ring all the way around the tub.

This hotel holds so many great memories for our family. It provides great gathering space with a wonderful staff. From the original booking with Willie to check out with Rachel, every person we encountered was friendly and professional! The three individuals at breakfast were super helpful. Kudos to JoAnn for excellent leadership for her team. Elegante is definitely a great value and experience .

This was my 5th stay with MCM Eleganté Suites in Abilene. I most appreciate their attention to detail, the front desk experience, and room comfort. On this particular stay, their housekeeping staff rose well above common expectations.

I like this spot ,ive been here twice the staff is friendly and make aeffort to put pets on the first floor .Everything works fridge Tv and the smoke alarm ( i little to well the steam from my coffee set it off. Ypu could stay here and never leave it seems to have everything . The indoor court yard is huge im guessing weddings in tornado season are popular . Its my.second stay and security is exellent . If i have a grip the furniture is well used not torn or shabby just a little tired . Feel free to try this place its got charm and the rooms actually all suites are good size.

Excellent breakfast, great room, and free cocktails.

Room was clean. Need to update toilets. Way to low for average person yet again for disabled. Need to be the disabled seat height. Toilet seats need to be replaced definitely wear and tear. My room had table top in the suite which wobbled on the top not the bottom. Update lighting so that usb charging can be done. Only two usb areas both in wall and not located conveniently. Other than these cosmetic issues was very good. Room was clean and comfortable.

Even though Expedia booked us the wrong room that was not available, the hotel made sure we received what best fits us.

The room was dated. The water had no cold water and the shower would not turn off completely. The shower did have cold & hot water. Only hot water in the sink. Very nasty on the sides of toilet! And so
Many crickets in the bathroom and in sleep area. Especially some in my bed. They were noises. I did tell the front desk, but nothing as done. Just said the hotel was older. Beautiful hotel just dated!

Old and worn out

This was a nice place to stay when visiting our kids at ACU on a busy weekend. The campus is only 15 minutes away. Staff were excellent. The property is a bit dated. Another reviewer said it reminded them of a renovated Holidome, and I would second that opinion. We had a slight hiccup with an odor coming into our room through the ventilation and the staff were super responsive at addressing it, and got it resolved without any issues. Having two kids at ACU, we have stayed at most of the other hotels in Abilene, and we will most likely return to this one again. We enjoyed the atrium and the happy hour.

It’s close to highway and shopping center along with eating places.

My friends and I stayed here while at our 50th class reunion. The staff and housekeepers were professional and courteous, making sure we had everything we needed. Their complimentary happy hour was nice, their hot breakfast was delicious, and their shuttle service was most accommodating. They also had an area where people could shoot pool and play ping pong. Fun!

The property was unique, updated, friendly staff, nice indoor pool, and family friendly.

Quiet

I recently stayed at MCM Elegante, and it couldn’t have been a better choice for a solo trip. From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel welcome and safe. Check-in was quick and effortless, and they even gave me great local recommendations for restaurants and sightseeing.

The room was spotless, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed with everything I needed—plenty of outlets, strong Wi-Fi, and a cozy desk area that made it easy to catch up on work. The bed was extremely comfortable, and I appreciated the blackout curtains for uninterrupted rest.

As someone traveling alone, I especially valued the hotel’s secure entry system and the staff’s attentiveness. I never felt out of place or unsafe. The common areas, like the lounge and café, were perfect for meeting other travelers or just relaxing with a book.

Location-wise, it was ideal—close to public transportation, walkable to major attractions, and surrounded by cafés and shops. I never felt stranded, and exploring the area was simple and enjoyable.

Overall, MCM Elegante strikes the right balance between comfort, convenience, and value. I’d highly recommend it to any solo traveler looking for a hassle-free and welcoming place to stay. I’ll definitely return on my next visit!
