As Expected For the Price
Pros:

You have seen the price point of the rooms so you know it is not going to be a good hotel. What you're probably wondering is how terrible is it? The interesting thing about this hotel is that it has the potential to be quite nice and apparently the economics have made the owners compete on being the cheapest hotel in the area rather than charging more and being nicer. It really just needs a good scrub, pulling up the musty carpets that make the hallways smell damp, an actual human in the lobby would seem friendlier. Now you're checked in by someone on a video screen, which could seem technologically exciting in a newer property. Beds are not comfortable. Pillows are flat. A person I spoke to on the phone was not helpful and a bit dismissive. No shampoo or coffee in the room. The desk was a bit sticky and the TV has seen better days. The floors sag so the drawers in the dresser slide open. But those are just your basic very budget hotel issues. I didn't experience anything that made me feel unsafe or any obvious bugs or critters in the room. Nothing left behind from a previous guest. So if that's the standard you're going for I hope this helps.

Cons:

The hallways were so hot it took my breath every time I walked out. The elevator didn’t work that was closest to me I had to use the stairs. The air in the room could’ve been better I had to sit right in front t of it to feel it

Okay room for great price
Pros:

Just needed a place to sleep for a few hours. Room was decent, but not non-smoking. Bathroom newly renovated with walk-in shower, nice.

Cons:

Not the reserved non-smoking room.
Same problem I have at home to get hair out of laundry, but at home it's mine...
