Pros:

Nothing.

Cons:

The room and furniture were outdated, and the room was in need of maintenance. We requested a different room, but unfortunately, the second room was no better. We also requested a later checkout time of noon but were told no.
When I pointed out to the front desk clerk that the pictures on the hotel's website did not accurately represent the rooms we were given, he responded that they only show pictures of the good rooms. I told him that this was false advertising, as guests should be able to expect accommodations that reflect what is advertised on the website.
Overall, the accommodations, misleading website photos, and lack of customer service fell well below our expectations.

A very disappointing stay with unreliable Wi-Fi, no housekeeping, and extremely poor service.
Pros:

Location was convenient and gave us easy access to the place we planned to visit

Cons:

The Wi-Fi had only one bar and was unusable for work, even after I reported it twice. Our room was not cleaned during our four-night stay, we did not receive fresh towels, and the front-desk service was extremely poor.

Breakfast good, location handy for us to visit sis, we walked the .75 mile there through interesting downtown. The decor is tired, upholstered chair worn or grubby, life-sized statues should go.’
