Good for business travel but not for money value
Pros:

Hotel is located near shopping center, VTA light rail station is 10mins walk, so center of San Jose can be reached quite easily (especially if you are traveling for huge conference and there is not hotels in the city center). Room was clean, bed was comfy. Each day room was cleaned. Check-in and check-out was very smooth. Air conditioning works well even there was 34c outside in end of March

Cons:

Room is quite old and needs for refresh. There is no power outlets near bed that you could charge phone during night. Breakfast was OK, but all 5 mornings are the same - egg, potatoes and sausages. No vegetables and only few apples/oranges. It is OK for few nights stay, but for longer period you should think where to have breakfast outside.
There is a pool in the hotel, but it was not clean so I had no chance to try. During my stay I have not seen anyone trying pool area

It did its purpose. Slept well, nice location and and the breakfast was good.
Pros:

Nice area, clean and has a microwave in the room. Quiet

Cons:

The amenities like soap were very low quality. No trash bags in the garbage cans.

BEWARE of their "deposit hold" and double charging
Pros:

Beware of their so called "deposit hold". They in fact put a "hold" on my card for the room AND deposit AND also charged separately for the room. STILL trying to recover that money. Been reported to both Visa and my bank.

Pros:

Spacious rooms. Nice outdoor pool. Walking distance to the Pruneyard mall, with a number of restaurants for all tastes.

Cons:

The rooms could do with some sprucing up. WiFi can be unstable depending on distance from the routers.
