Not what I expected
Pros:

The bathtub didn’t drain and they never fixed it.

Cons:

There is prostitution and homelessness in the parking lot.

Breakfast was good and ample.
Pros:

It was a decent place to stay overnight after a long journey.

Cons:

Farther than expected from rental car return at Sky Harbor. Signs on each floor indicated vending machines. Not. Vending machines are only in the lobby. The signs should be covered. I looked for vending machines on all floors.

Nice hotel with good breakfast but a bit dated and cold shower
Pros:

Staff, airport uber, breakfast.

Cons:

Location without a car takes time to get anywhere or use uber and costs add up.
Room had lukewarm water only for shower and were told no maintenance on duty for the weekend.
