Because of proximity to airport, I would stay here again.
Pros:

Close to airport. Ample parking. There is laundry on site. Breakfast was warm and fresh.

Cons:

Interior is a bit dated and worn. Pillows were to fat and hard for me.

Convenient hotel, good breakfast and facilities
Pros:

Big free breakfast includes hot food , coffee, bagels, cereals etc
Hot tub was warm and open in February
Staff was helpful and happy to keep our luggage’s
Very close to stadium for the cactus game, staff gave us tips how to get there etc
Very close to the highways

Cons:

The car park is near a few homeless. That being said they didn’t come too near
Not much restaurants nearby

Overall very good and good value.
Pros:

Breakfast was great. Hot tub was lovely and room was spacious, comfortable and included fridge and microwave.

Cons:

The tv remote didn’t work but staff helped fix it quickly. There were no towels at the pool

The room is very well equipped (it has everything you need).
The hotel is quiet.
Breakfast meets American standards.
The shuttle service to the airport works very well.

Cons:

They do not clean your room during your stay, so you only receive tea and coffee supplies once.
