close to the airport with transportation included. There were fast food restaurants in walking distance. The hotel was clean and the staff was friendly.
I expected a breakfast that was quick and high carb, and it was that. There is a vending machine that had protein options, but there were no prices listed, it was AI and a bit confusing.
Appliances in the room were there. Bedding was clean. I was glad there was a closet with the luggage rack I could use.
Just felt run down. Damage on ceiling, window was damaged so wouldn’t stay open, really muggy in the whole building so our room was really hot when we came in and had a muggy smell. Laundry facilities were closed. Shuttle to the airport didn’t actually exist we were told there were uber and Lyft options…like there always are anywhere.

The booking site was outdated. There was no airport shuttle…just an uber. The site said long term parking was free for 5 days and then $12/day but actually the $12 starts on day 1. (a hotel down the street was $7.50/day with a 24 hour shuttle). By the time I found this out, it was too late to cancel the night stay. The carpets were dingy and smelled. The breakfast was a toaster and a waffle maker with a line of 10 kids waiting to use it. The coffee machine was “out of order”. The bed was hard and uncomfortable.
Excellent customer service. The room was more than I expected. And it is located immediately when you exit the freeway.
The AC is pretty loud. I used ear plugs to reduce the noise. The surrounding area did not feel safe.
I liked everything but the guy working the night shift was helpful. The coffee maker in the room was broken and the guy offered to get me coffee. It was 4 am so too early for breakfast but I found a coffee machine in the lobby.

The fact there’s free breakfast and they give you $20 for Lyft or Uber to and from the airport.
I did not like the fact that I was told more than twice that check-in was not available and that I would have to wait and call back. That was very frustrating, especially after already waiting and trying to get an update.
I also called the front desk to request an extra blanket, but no one ever came to bring one. I also requested a late check-out, but around 11:15 AM, a staff member knocked on my door to tell me that it was time to check out. I had to inform her that I had already requested a late check-out.
Another issue was getting ahold of the front desk. I had to call more than four times just to get someone to answer the phone, which was very annoying and inconvenient.
Overall, I was disappointed with the communication and customer service during my stay. I expected better service and follow-through from the staff.
