Amazing hospitality
Pros:

The service and friendliness of the staff are top-notch, and I highly recommend this hotel. The bartender was extremely helpful with local recommendations, which truly elevated our experience at this boutique property. Additionally, the food and beverage services were excellent, and the night security made us feel very safe throughout our stay.

Super hotel
Pros:

Les chambres sont propres et jolies, le personnel adorable, petit déjeuné très léger mais bon. Cet un bel hôtel authentique proche de l'Union square et de Pier 39.

Cons:

La situation générale de SFO, quartiers sales et dangereux plus en plus nombreux. Je ne reconnais plus SFO d'il y a 30 ans en arrière. Je n'y retournerai plus.

Sehr gutes Hotel für einen Kurztripp
Pros:

Gutes Preisleistungsverhältnis für Innenstadt. Pflegeprodukte aus natürlichen Produkten,Badezimmer sehr modern und alles sauber und komfortabel. Personal in der Lobby sehr freundlich.

Cons:

Das Frühstück war sehr wenig, man hatte die Wahl zwischen Kaffee oder Tee und 3 süße Teilchen, die nicht gut waren. Die Mitarbeiter/in in dem Frühstücksbereich war nicht sehr motiviert.

Comfy and chic stay!
Pros:

Location of hotel is very convenient to everything and anything. Room was comfy and just enough space for my weekend stay. Hotel interior decorating is very cute and they have a convenient bar downstairs and offers breakfast! Bathroom/shower was more than enough space. Bed was extremely comfy and room was pretty dialed. Room service was consistent every day with amenities.

Cons:

Could have used a mini fridge but not a huge inconvenience.

la persona addetta alla colazione molto scontrosa con tutti e la
colazione , offrono solo brioches e caffè . Servizio garage non presente , il
garage indicato come partner 90 dollari a notte , abbiamo camminato per 3 isolati per trovarne uno a 40 a notte .

El hotel cuenta con un hall agradable, con sillones, recepción 24h, barra y restaurante. La habitación es muy cómoda, con vestidor, aire acondicionado, televisión moderna y más comodidades. Además destacar la atención del personal.

Lovely good value hotel in a great location
