We have no parking on-site. The nearest car park is on-street parking in front of and around the hotel. On-street parking is available and is paid via yards all days of the week. The nearest multi-story car park to us is The Q Park, 99 Waterloo Street, Glasgow, G2 7DN, where our guests receive a 25%. Please pre-book your parking at least 30 minutes prior to entry here, using code MMQPWS25. You will need to enter your vehicle registration on entry to the car park. £19 per day with the discount applied. We advise guests to drop their luggage off at the hotel before going to the car park, as there is quite a steep hill to climb between us. The car park is approx. a 10 min walk to the hotel.
Please note the discount only applies to guests that park at the Q Park Waterloo Street.
The Breakfast inclusive rates include a Full-cooked breakfast and Dinner inclusive rates includes 2 courses from our Seasonal A’ la Carte menu and a side dish. . Supplements apply to certain items. Inclusions only apply for adults. Children’s Breakfast is not included in the advertised rates and the charges are as follows directly to the hotel: 0-4 years old – Breakfast Complimentary/ 5- 11 years old – Breakfast charged at 50% full price/ 12 and over breakfast charged at full adult price. Kids Dinner Menu also available.

The staff were excellent! My daughter and I stayed 1 night for a concert (k-pop) shes only 7. What an experience they made it for my baby girl. She had an elephant towel, sweeties, a little card and a voucher for a mocktail. Can not thank yous enough. She loved the hotel more than the concert i think 😂😂❤️
Not a thing we didnt like!
Todo el personal, tanto de recepción como del bar, fue muy amable, profesional y resolutivo. Tuvimos un problema con la habitación inicial y lo gestionaron de forma rápida y eficaz.
También destacaría la ubicación del hotel, muy cómoda para visitar la ciudad. Además, cuenta con un parking Q-Park muy cercano, lo que facilita mucho tanto el aparcamiento como la carga y descarga del equipaje.
Las instalaciones del hotel muestran el paso del tiempo y necesitarían una actualización, especialmente en lo que respecta al aislamiento acústico y a los sistemas de climatización.
La primera habitación que nos asignaron estaba situada junto a la sala de máquinas y las condiciones eran poco adecuadas para una estancia confortable. El calor que desprendía la pared contigua era muy intenso y hacía que la habitación resultara especialmente agobiante. Considero que el hotel debería replantearse el uso de esta habitación o, al menos, informar previamente de esta circunstancia.
Afortunadamente, el personal actuó de forma rápida y muy profesional, ofreciéndonos un cambio de habitación. Sin embargo, incluso en la segunda habitación seguía percibiéndose ruido constante procedente de las instalaciones del edificio, especialmente del sistema de climatización y de las tuberías. Es un aspecto que debería mejorarse para garantizar un descanso adecuado a los huéspedes.

Fabulous hotel, friendly staff, amazing dinner.
Staff friendly and welcoming. Location was very good - especially for our visit to the nearby King's Theatre. Bar food was tasty and good selection of drinks. We only had a continental breakfast one morning on the restaurant and was good. We were credited with a voucher to spend in the hotel after an issue with our room. Our standard room was a decent size.
Air conditioning in our room had a fault and was very loud but the staff did move us to a different room (next door). The rooms above the bar aren't sound proofed enough and you can hear rowdy groups of people from the room.
Was clean n comfortable
From 630 am there was so much noise outside we were in room 106
