Не е нормално в 4-звезден хотел с нощувка 150€/вечер да няма стандартните консумативи в стаята, а когато поискаш на рецепция да те таксуват за ЕДНОКРАТНИ ЧЕХЛИ 3€. Били сме в цяла Европа на хотели и не само, но никога не са ни таксували за еднократни консумативи! Отделно, когато излизаш от главния вход навън така са направили остъклената част, че буквално излизаш пред колите без да имаш много добра видимост. Хотела е огромен, а рецепционистите са прекалено малко. В почти всяко време на денонощието има постоянен наплив от гости и персонала е недостатъчен, трябва да чакаш много време, за да те настанят или да напуснеш. Когато пожелахме да останем в нашата стая до 15ч срещу екстра доплащане ни отказаха, защото хотела бил резервиран.

Нормальный номер,обычный,не понравилось что двух спальная кровать состоит из двух односпальных,персонал отличный,звукоизоляции нет,расположение гостиницы норм,ну вообщем обычный номер,огромный хол,с баром и кафе.

Schönes Hotel in bester Lage und rundum sorglos Paket.
Pros:

Schönes zentrales Hotel. Zimmer sind gut ausgestattet und sauber. Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Frühstück ist sehr umfangreich mit frischem Obst.
