Nice experience overall, but avoid reserving a fold-out bed.
Pros:

The location is great, the staff is friendly, the facility is good, and the complimentary breakfast was good.

Cons:

We were a party of three (father, mother, daughter) and we reserved a room with a queen-sized bed and a fold-out bed. The fold-out bed was very uncomfortable and there was only a thin blanket, so my daughter was cold. The next day we asked for another blanket and received a second very thin blanket. It worked, but the fold-out bed isn't a good option for anyone in terms of mattress comfort or blankets.

Really nice rooms, with a small kitchen which we used.
Pros:

A very nice breakfast, with bacon and muffin sandwiches along with numerous other breakfast items. We really appreciated it.

It was pretty positive so not much.

Will stay again, for sure!
Pros:

Spent 2 weeks - excellent location to walk into Boise. Front desk personnel were extremely accommodating and personable. Wonderful breakfast every morning, fresh cookies every evening and even pumpkin pie on Thanksgiving! The electric fireplace was a bonus which added a homey touch to the room. Highly recommend.

Great stay for the money
Pros:

The staff was friendly. It was quiet, fun, clean, and well done. The staff even sent me a birthday goodie bag which was GREATLY appreciated

Cons:

More breakfast selection. Also, I wish there was a nice lit up sign outside to help people find the hotel easier.

Never disappoints
Pros:

We travel to Boise often and will miss coming back to this facility as our daughter graduates at Christmas from Boise State University. The service is always fantastic. The free breakfast is great and the location is perfect.

Close to campus
Pros:

Clean and friendly hotel with walkable access to Boise State campus. The staff was so accommodating and offered a really nice breakfast spread. The pool area and outdoor patio were clean and had a couple outdoor seating areas. Our 1st floor room was pretty dark.
