I will stay here again.
Pros:

I have stayed at this Inn many times over the last 10 years. It is my favorite place to stay because of the location, easy access good clean rooms, usually reasonable rates, kitchenette, and very good hot breakfast. I gave it 4 stars rather than 5, only because I didn't particularly care for the location of my room, at the far rear corner of the property.

On the whole is a OK stay,
Pros:

I like the little kitchen and the frig but the saucepan they provided is totally burn, and there is no knife provided to cut
meat and no chopping board. Also I like the doggy place which poop bags are provided and trash can there too.
The dinning room for breakfast is acceptable, sometimes getting to crowded and need to carry out.

Cons:

My husband has to fix several things !) the entrance door can"t close properly cause a screw is sticking out.
2) lots of hair pulled from the drain of the bath tub(totally blocked) 3) we have to request bath towels, paper hand towels
trash bags from the office cause the house keeping didn't come as scheduled. 4) this is a pretty old Inn, furniture are
old, carpet is dark and look dirty. Room is a bit small and dark,, the couch is too small for a third person to lay on.

A very pleasant place to stay.
Pros:

For my purposes the location was excellent (one reason I chose to stay there), breakfast was excellent, the room had everything I could want, the bed was very comfortable.
I would have liked a few more places to sit outside .

Cons:

In my room, at least, you should put a grab bar along the length of the bathtub. Maybe you have these in other bathrooms.

Cons:

The breakfast kind of boring, not much fruit around and the room charges changed everyday, the front desk said is base on the supply and demand????
