Buen hotel grande y funcional apto para todo tipo de viajero.

Buen desayuno con una oferta variada y rica en un entorno agradable con vistas al lago. La habitación amplia y con vistas. El garaje amplio y cómodo, apto para coches grandes.

Cela aurait pu être bien sans l’incompétence de certains
Pros:

Climatisation déficiente dans les couloirs ou la chaleur est étouffante et s’insinue dans les chambres rendant l’air irrespirable….
Le parcours du combattant pour rejoindre la piscine est digne où plutôt INDIGNE de cette soit disant classe que veut afficher ce type d’hôtel….
Le personnel du restaurant est désagréable et limite obséquieux pour vous soutirer un bonjour à chaque passage !!!!
Le personnel de la réception bien que pour certains tout soit ok d’autres ne comprennent rien à rien et vous font répéter à n’en plus finir votre petite histoire jusqu’à l’écœurement !!!!
C’est dommage que par la faute de certains personnels disons « limités » je ne puisse mettre plus d’étoiles car d’autres personnels le mériterai ….

Für eine Nacht in Ordnung
Pros:

Ein gutes Hotel für die Durchreise, für einen längeren Aufenthalt wäre es uns einfach nicht komfortabel genug. Die Sauberkeit war okay, für ein 4 Sterne Hotel erwarte ich da allerdings mehr. Bei Ankunft im Zimmer stand noch dreckiges Geschirr vom Vorgast vor der Tür, im Bad waren noch Haare.
Die Bettdecken waren teilweise nicht richtig bezogen.
Zudem vermehrt Müll um das Hotel.
Das Frühstück war in Ordnung, aber auch hier nichts außergewöhnliches.

Goed voor 1 nacht te slapen maar zou niet langer moeten
Pros:

Het waren goede bedden en de badkamer was ook netjes en ruim.

Cons:

Overal tapijt, niet echt hygiënisch, alles is verouderd behalve de inkom en de bar en Resto hebben ze al gerenoveerd denk ik. was pover met koude eieren.

Pros:

La chambre magnifique, personnel d’accueil très sympa, situé juste à côté d’un arrêt de tram, idéal pour visiter Bordeaux, la piscine très chouette, la vie sur le lac depuis la chambre.
