Superb hotel. The staff were warm, welcoming and very helpful. We went to Paris for our 25th anniversary and they had a bottle of champagne and macaroons as a surprise in the room! Beyond our expectations!!
We spent 8 nights at this property. Warm welcome at the front desk and the door man took care of our suitcases.
Our room was very spacious (which is not the norm in Paris) and clean, I just wish it had more closet space. Breakfast was included in our reservation and it was excellent, many options to choose from, and made to order omeletes. The crepes and pastries were delicious.Prices are very reasonable at the restaurant for dinner.
Hotel is located in a quiet street, however, it is close to the Metro station, the bus and walking distance to many places of interest.
Concierge was very attentive and helpful. The gym is quite small, but doable.
Antonin, (Guest Relation) was on top of things and made sure our needs were met. Staff is wonderful. I love the fact that they provide a water bottle and refill stations. I would definetly stay here again.
very nice and quiet location
The shower can be sometimes too hot and sometime too cold

I like the coziness, how helpful the staff were
I liked the location, it's located near grocery stores, boutiques, it's central
The Maison Astor hotel is a beautiful boutique hotel in a lovely part of Paris. I spent many hours researching our stay and couldn’t be more pleased with our final choice. Our suite was beautiful with thoughtful storage and a lovely terrace. The breakfast was an amazing start to our day, but the stand out was the amazing staff who anticipated our needs and were professional in every way. I want to thank the manager who recognized our wedding anniversary and the front desk staff who made any request we had seem their pleasure to assist. When I return to Paris, this lovely hotel will be my family’s first choice!
First visit outside of airport to Paris. This hotel is off the beaten path and easy to walk past if you are not paying attention. Stayed in a room with a large patio with a table and 4 chairs, great spot to drink a bottle of wine after a long day of walking around to see the sites. Hotel has small number of rooms, which I did not mind at all. The elevator is tiny, pack light! Employees were helpful and breakfast was good. Did not spend much time at the hotel except in the evening on the patio before going to bed. We ate at several restaurants that we found along the way....Snails and French Onion Soup on multiple occasions. Overall good experience.
Truly one of the best hotels in Paris when it comes to service and attention to detail.
The breakfast is delicious and a real highlight of the stay.
A big thank you to the exceptional concierge team, wonderfully led by Stéphane.
Friendly, professional, and always ready to go to outside of their way to help with anything we may need!
A fantastic hotel that makes you feel genuinely welcome! I highly recommended
This is a gorgeous boutique hotel in the 8th arrondissement (8ème), one of the city's most central and prestigious districts. It is close to the major sights in Paris, within a 30-minute walk of most of them, yet on a quiet side street. We felt very safe walking around the streets, both during the day and at night. The reception, bar and hotel décor are immaculate, with plenty of charm. We stayed in a Premium King room, which was a little small, but it was very warm, clean and comfortable, with no street noise. Housekeeping did an amazing job every day, and we couldn't fault their attentiveness. The concierge staff were really helpful, happy to book taxis, make recommendations on where to eat, and book tickets for us - like the Big Bus city tour. We didn't eat in the hotel because we wanted to experience 'real Parisian life', but we loved it for its classic Parisian atmosphere, location and décor.

Odaları küçük.
I stayed at the Maison Astor Paris for 3 nights business trip and then additional 3 nights for a family trip. Overall, it was a GREAT stay, and I would love to stay again. I enjoyed my stay at this hotel A LOT, the hotel location is great, very convenient for both business and family vacation, and what stood out was the exceptional level of support that I was able to get from the hotel team, especially I would like to recognize 3 team members: Aziz, Antonin and Logan, they all did an exceptional job in helping me with my requests whether it was related to my business stay or my private/family stay throughout the weekend, it was super valuable and highly appreciated and I would definitely love to come and stay again at this hotel mostly thank to their great level of service.
The hospitality at Maison Astor is upper level. The employees are very eager to help from the moment you walk in the door! My Lifetime Diamond status was recognized in many ways - an upgrade to larger room, early check-in, a bottle of champagne, and great communication from Antonin days before I arrived. Room 317 was a Deluxe King Room and was larger than an average city center hotel, the bathroom was too. The view was internal, so no views of the city, only other rooms in the hotel. There are multiple types of outlets located throughout the room, including both USB-A and USB-C. Don't forget to pack an adaptor for type E or C if you are not from France. The luxurious room had a very comfortable bed, robes and slippers, plenty of closet space and hangers, Nespresso machine, a safe, and a steamer. The building is older, so I did hear any movement that went on above me - steps, vacuuming, toilet flushes. I would absolutely recommend Maison Astor to anyone traveling to Paris.
Konumu iyi
Kahvaltı iyi değildi
The hotel is a gem - the staff are very friendly and helpful especially Antonin and Sweety!
I highly recommend this hotel.
I would like to leave a special compliment for Lindsey, who works at the front desk. From the very first contact, she was extremely attentive, polite, and helpful. Always with a warm smile, she showed great professionalism and genuine willingness to assist, which made our stay even more pleasant. Outstanding and friendly service that truly makes a difference. Congratulations to Lindsey for her excellent work
I had stayed previously at this property. The location and the breakfast buffet were what made me decide to book another stay. Well, I think this 2nd stay will be my last due to racist practices and money grabs.
I booked this stay at the last minute on New Year’s Day because my passports had been stolen and they had a room that could accommodate three people. As a Hilton Diamond, breakfast is included for two guests. The front desk clerk really pushed the additional 30 euros for the 3rd person to eat breakfast and warned that it would be 35 euros the next day. So, I paid the 30 euros.
The following morning, I woke up at 840am to an email from the US embassy notifying me of a 9am appointment. Due to this appointment, I was unable to enjoy the breakfast. So, there was just one person from my room that ate breakfast. When I returned in the afternoon, I explained this to Elisa at the front desk about my embassy appt and how I didn’t have breakfast. She claimed that the additional 30 euro breakfast charge was non-refundable. She said that under the circumstances, she would speak to her manager on Monday about a courtesy refund. I never heard from her or the hotel. But, I will say that in my conversation with her, she tried to be helpful, understanding and empathetic of my situation.
The second incident is what truly makes the Maison Astor experience such a negative one and that I am unwilling to subject myself to in the future. Clear-cut racism is on full display by the staff there, namely Charles-Henri, the hotel porter.
court mais agréable séjour
One of the most enjoyable experiences of our trip to Paris was staying at the beautiful Maison Astor with its comfortable rooms and helpful staff. Located on a quiet street, it is still within walking distance or a short ride from historic sites, restaurants, and shops. We enjoyed several delicious meals at the Club restaurant or through room service. Whatever we ordered came quickly. But the highlight of our stay there was the expansive buffet breakfast which had something for everyone in our large group from crepes and croissants to bacon and eggs.
