Pros:

Breakfast was a nice free meal. Room was very dry spacious for a hotel.

Cons:

We were on the first floor of the property, and the lights outside our windows were so bright that it constantly looked like it was daytime outside no matter the hour. The blinds didn’t do much to help with this.

Pros:

We had larger room which was worth it. But air con could have been better.

Cons:

Warring Bedbugs at this location
We stayed at July 24 to 26 prices too high
We came around 5:30 the room wasn’t ready check in was at 3:00 clock we stayed at the 3rd floor the carpet at the room old and smelly bathroom toilet water don’t stop keeps running and the shower water too load when you open the water. We found Bedbugs there not worth to stay there will not come back again

Pretty good!
Pros:

It was a perfect location to everything we attended.

Cons:

It didn’t have enough equipment in the fitness center for both of us to run inside, but we still made it work and ran outside instead. There was also an odor of marijuana and nicotine outside the elevator when we arrived.

Stayed for a weekend, used the pool/ hot tub plenty.
Pros:

Great staff and amenities, airways my go to place when I want to stay in mason with the family.

Cons:

The carpets in the halls and main entryway need a good deep cleaning, they're pretty nasty and sticky when you walk around.

Very disappointed
Pros:

DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL!

The staff are a bunch of liars. I was overcharged for a room that I booked through a third-party company. The hotel told the third-party company they tried to contact me by phone, but they never did. They also claimed I didn't show up until after 3:00 p.m., when I actually arrived a little after 2:00 p.m. Check-in wasn't even until 3:00 p.m., and I can prove what time I arrived.

I paid for this room because I needed somewhere to stay after driving 8 hours for a funeral, and my family was staying at this hotel. When I got to my room, it smelled terrible. I reported it to the front desk, but they acted like I was complaining about nothing and never came to check it.

Later that night, while I was taking a shower, I looked behind the toilet and found a dirty baby diaper. I had no children with me, so it had to have been left by the previous guest. That shows the room was not cleaned properly. I have pictures to prove it.

Around 1:00 a.m., I went downstairs and reported it. The front desk employee told me he would come remove it. I stayed awake until 3:00 a.m. waiting, but he never showed up. When I woke up around 7:00 a.m., the diaper was still there. I went back downstairs and spoke to another employee, who acted like I was bothering him. He finally came upstairs and removed it.

The worst part was that he claimed he had come to my room and knocked on the door at 3:00 a.m., but when he got off the elevator, he walked the wrong direction because he didn't even know where my room was. It was obvious he had never come to my door.

This was a terrible experience during an already difficult time. I was in town to grieve the loss of a family member, and instead of receiving decent customer service and a clean room, I had to deal with dishonesty, poor housekeeping, and unprofessional staff. I would not recommend staying here.

Three generations enjoyed the trip
Pros:

The atmosphere was very nice. It had a beautiful aroma when you entered. Their rooms were clean. Their breakfast was nice. I would stay thereagain.
