It would have been better to have been able to stay in the hotel that I had selected or, as this turned out to be unavailable a week before the booking, to have been relocated to another that offers equivalent facilities

The hotel was closed. We had not been told. There were mice running around the reception! We were moved hotel and where we went was lovely but the main reason we booked this hotel was for the swimming pool for our children and the hotel we moved to didn’t have one.

Good value but pool and sauna is a joke

Dated and unclean especially the spa, the room did not live up to the description on the web site even after a complimentary upgrade

It was clear that the room had not had an update in quite a while, other than the decorating. There was a trouser press with a broken ironing board (it wouldn't stay up), an ironing board in the wardrobe that would only go to half height, no outlets in the room to speak of, a hair dryer from the 80s on the wall in the bathroom that didn't work, a towel warming rack on the wall in the bathroom that didn't work, and the cabinet labeled 'Mini Bar' was entirely empty.

My husband ended up ironing his shirt while sitting on the bed with the ironing board between the bed and the wall (a space about a foot and a half wide) because that was the only plug we could find. While not devastating, it was certainly irritating for a hotel we were paying £120/nt for. And before you ask, we didn't have time to call the desk and ask for another board, we had a show to get to.

Over all, the hotel was alright but nothing special and I would have expected to pay about half what we did. The rooms need a serious update to charge more.

Quiet room, comfortable bed, good shower. Friendly staff. Suited our needs for a place to stay while in London.

I do not like anything, the stay is not recommended

Stayed at this property for two days. I was unaware that the property had two buildings. One building had the pretty pictures where the reception and pool are, the other building was old, had the bedrooms which were old, not too clean. Pictures are very misleading. Not that close to transportation.

Super clean ,fab food ,rooms with windows u could open for fresh air !

Great location. Staff lovely. Food good. My room had broken windows that would not close. Banged open & close all night😢😢 but I reported it & staff were very apologetic.

It is a hotel in desperate need for maintenance, upgrading as well as housekeeping/cleaning. It does not deserve

Good service from the front desk but even though we only had 7 people on the course all week, it took them until Thursday morning to stop setting the room up for 12 despite being asked twice.

Overall a nice, well-placed hotel offering good meeting rooms and good service.

If they say your room is across from the main building, cancel your stay!

Quiet, easy reach to a gym and swimming pool, good location, inexpensive.

Great location, great amenities, clean, no noticeable fails.

We liked the spacious family room (comfy beds, the ability to open the windows, the toiletries and shower cap).
I really appreciated the pool and the changing room was fine.

No refund after I was physically unable to travel due to injury. I am disgusted

The room that shows in my confirmation booking is not same when we arrive. They put us in an outdated small room. We paid quite a lot for our 4 night stay. So I am not happy. Room is outdated, it’s not a good value for money. Very expensive but rooms are not impressive. I will not coming back to this hotel. Not accessible to transport.
