I will always give this group a thumbs up, IN EVERY SITUATION THROWN AT THEM!

I didn't participate.in this but everyone seemed to enjoy it.

Neighboring rooms arguing in hallway about what I could not say.

Front desk people handled an unhappy pair of girls unhappy about not getting their $ deposit back as quickly as they would have liked. He did an excellent job as I noticed in a few occasions. Hats off to all that endure their "difficult " situations. Most impressed when one referred to the front desk staff as Mexicans in which he corrected her in the most diplomatic way. These guys go far above customer service and satisfaction

Kein Zimmer Service. Müllbeutel selber zur Rezeption gebracht, und neuen Müllbeutel mitgenommen. Toilettenpapier selbst am der Rezeption organisiert. Für diesen nicht Service, war das Zimmer viel zu teuer

Not much at all, beds were reasonably comfortable

Cons:

Staff were rude, place smelt like urine, addict’s live in the place. Never made beds and had to ask for soap and towels most days of the 6 day stay.

Cons:

Von 16.05 bis 21.05 keine Zimmer Reinigung, trotz mehrmaligen Nachfragen. Mußten Abfall selber unten bei der Rezeption abgeben und neue Müllbeutel mitnehmen. Toilettenpapier musste ich auch dort holen. Für diesen nicht Service war dass Zimmer viel zu teuer!!!!

In general, it's a good experience.
Pros:

breakfast, clean, nice, comfortable, pricing, staff friendliness. I liked the wood floor. Nice environment. Good location.

Cons:

I got a noisy next door, opening and shutting door the whole evening until late evening.

The hospitality is great, but the facility needs a renovation
Pros:

Parking was readily available.
Elevator was conveniently located.
Breakfast was okay. But the coffee was great.
The staff was very kind and helpful.

Cons:

The room wasn’t completely clean. There was some strawberry jelly on the nightstand. The tub had some dirt on the grout, might have been mold. The room had a strong pine-sol scent. And the lobby carpet looked dirty.
