Location was great !
Pros:

I liked the location as we were able to walk a short distance to find a place to eat .

Cons:

Our room was a little dirty . I don’t think it was cleaned very well . There was sticky stuff on the shelf between the beds . Thankfully I brought disinfectant wipes that I used to scrub it off . The other issue was in the bathroom. The shower had hair in it . I understand employees are on a time limit to clean rooms but with so many germs around , cleanliness and sanitation should be high priority in hotel’s especially when millions of different people are staying in them .

Dirty pool
Pros:

I came to the hotel for the pool. Upon checkin at 7pm, i went to the pool and it looked like it hadn’t been cleaned at all. I woke up at 0800, wanted to go to pool before checkout, and same. It was disgusting.
Checked out of the hotel.
No pool :-(

Amazing
Pros:

Great experience and staff made us feel welcome. The breakfast was amazing and the cleaning staff had our room clean every day and made sure we had everything we needed. Will stay here again if we come back into town.

A bit disappointing compared to other hotels in this price segment.

Cons:

The Breakfast was awful.
The rooms are old-fashioned and worn. The wash area opposite the beds is unusual and also bothersome. The toilet dripped all night, and the AC kept making knocking sounds. We always had to wait 5 to 10 minutes for the elevator.

Great hotel
Pros:

Very comfortable hotel in a great location. Clean and spacious rooms. Very satisfactory breakfast options. Close to restaurants and to local attractions.

Pros:

Perfect spot for concerts at Raymond James Stadium. 7 minutes without traffic.
Clean. Nice staff, pool & picnic area.

This Hyatt location did not meet expectations
Pros:

Expectations at any Hyatt property are high. Some things were missed on my visit at this hotel. It is hoped with my constructive feedback, they will do better on future stays.

Pros:

Sehr freundliches Personal, viele Parkplätze, Pool und Fitnessbereich. Das Zimmer war sehr geräumig.

Cons:

Der Pool könnte sauberer gehalten werden. Der Boden im Zimmer wurde nicht gut gewischt (frische weiße Socken waren schnell dreckig). Der Frühstücksbereich war überfüllt sodass in einem Meetingraum gefrühstückt werden musste.
