The distribution of the room, it was cery confortable, 2 double beds a little living room space with a sofa the water pressure excellent it had a area for work and is pet friendly

Hyatt thinks it’s ok to not have hot water
Pros:

No hot water ! Did not find this out until going to bed but no one bothers to call the customer or even mention it at check in? Poorly lit rooms, stained sheets , and no charging ports next to bed. We can also hear the planes taking off and landing- and this hotel was renovated last year???

Pros:

Staff were very welcoming after an 8 hour flight from the UK. Plenty of free parking. Excellent facilities in the room and exceptionally quiet. Good breakfast and easy check out. Definitely recommend and will be back.

THE ONLY NEWLY REFRESHED / RENOVATED HOTEL IN THE TPA AREA!

Dear fellow traveler,

I recently spent 7 nights at the Hyatt Place Tampa Airport/Westshore, and I’m happy to share that it was an excellent stay from start to finish. This property is easily one of the newest, freshest, and most recently updated hotels in the entire TPA area.

Many of the nearby hotels are older and charming in their own nostalgic way — fun to walk through the lobby for a true 1980s throwback — but when it comes to actually staying somewhere modern and spotless, this Hyatt Place is the clear standout.

Choosing this hotel turned out to be a great decision. The team, led by General Manager Victor Cruz, delivers superb service. I want to give special recognition to Martha and Elvira in Housekeeping — these hardworking stars genuinely care about keeping every room and suite exceptionally clean and refreshed.

If you’re looking for a new, comfortable, and impeccably maintained hotel near TPA, this is absolutely your best choice.

Lovely comfortable room. Hotel was located near Tampa International airport and transport was provided to and from the airport. Restaurants located nearby. Very friendly, helpful staff. Would definitely return.
