Sehr geräumiges Zimmer, sauber und gepflegt. Gute Lage in der Nähe des Flughafen. Gutes Frühstück. Kleines Angebot von Speisen direkt im Hotel.

Cons:

Wenige Tische beim Frühstück.
Die Mitarbeiterin musste alleine Check-In, Telefon, Restaurantbestellungen und Tischservice machen, ein 2. Mitarbeiter sollte hier unterstützen.

Pros:

I particularly loved the offerings for breakfast. The fruit salad was not limited to the usual melon and cantaloupe but there was grapes, raspberries and strawberries included. The breakfast was also served hot and fresh on a daily basis. I loved the attention to details displayed by the staff, they were very efficient and courteous. The location was very close to the airport. I loved the fact that there was a complementary shuttle offered to and from the airport.

Cons:

I wish the pillow was more comfortable. I wish my room was separate from the living area instead of being separated by a little partition. It made it a bit difficult to enter and exit the suite once the sofa bed was being used.

Le petit déjeuner.

Cons:

Service de shuttle tellement compliqué qu'on a dû payer un taxi a partir de l'aéroport. On avait pourtant choisi cet hôtel car il offrait le service de shuttle depuis l'aéroport.

Very Clean Hotel
Pros:

I was greeted by such a nice staff member. Ashley just made me feel so welcome. She explained all about the hotel and all the amenities that were available. The room was large and very comfortable. Great location for restaurants and close to the airport for my morning flight.

Loved how organized the breakfast was, very nice.
