Pros:

Third time in hotel, no better hotel in Ho Chi Minh. The residency offers unrivalled service and accommodation followed by superb food and drink facilities.

Wij hadden een recidence club room en daardoor een eigen ontbijtomgeving met toegang tot een dakterras, de hele dag gratis drankjes en hapjes en vanaf half zes een compleet buffet met ook alcoholische dranken inclusief. Fantastisch! Prima locatie vlak bij een grote overdekte markt. Mooi groot zwembad met voldoende ligbedjes.

Cons:

De bedden zijn erg hard, de kamers zijn erg gehorig en douchen in de badkuip is niet prettig voor met name ouderen. Er komt heel veel lawaai uit de stad en daar heb je bij het zwembad wel last van.

I would not stay here again
Pros:

Club lounge very good. Staff mostly friendly.

Cons:

We were talked into upgrading the room. I take responsibility but the receptionist didn't speak English very well so I misunderstood him and thought it a good deal. It was incredibly expensive for what it was. I would avoid this place. There are plenty of cheaper options, with HCM being so affordable to charge these prices is just unreasonable.

Unforgettable stay
Pros:

Amazing hotel in the city center of Saigon.
Fabulous breakfast and evening lounge buffet as we had booked an executive room.It worths every penny ,as it has a wide variety ,both eastern and western food in an amazing combination.

Cons:

The housekeeping was good ,but sometimes they forgot to put things.The external pool was not heated and the water was cold ,so we didn't used it Finally ,at the buffet ( breakfast and dinner) there was not enough fruit variety ,and it is a pity since there are so many tasty tropical fruits
