I would not stay here again
Pros:

Club lounge very good. Staff mostly friendly.

Cons:

We were talked into upgrading the room. I take responsibility but the receptionist didn't speak English very well so I misunderstood him and thought it a good deal. It was incredibly expensive for what it was. I would avoid this place. There are plenty of cheaper options, with HCM being so affordable to charge these prices is just unreasonable.

Unforgettable stay
Pros:

Amazing hotel in the city center of Saigon.
Fabulous breakfast and evening lounge buffet as we had booked an executive room.It worths every penny ,as it has a wide variety ,both eastern and western food in an amazing combination.

Cons:

The housekeeping was good ,but sometimes they forgot to put things.The external pool was not heated and the water was cold ,so we didn't used it Finally ,at the buffet ( breakfast and dinner) there was not enough fruit variety ,and it is a pity since there are so many tasty tropical fruits

Excellent hotel, plenty of space and great facilities in a central location in District 1.
Pros:

Staff were very friendly and attentive. Breakfast was excellent including providing hot gluten-free bread. Late check-out request until 2pm was accommodated. Pool, gym, sauna and steam room were all great!
