Pros:

No geral, as instalações do hotel são novas. A localização é boa.

Cons:

O café da manhã é uma pegadinha.
O hotel terceiriza o café da manhã para um restaurante e esse restaurante, mesmo com o café da manhã incluído na estadia, vai cobrar as gorjetas a parte de você. E são opções muito limitadas e altamente gordurosas as oferecidas nesse café da manhã. Quase passei mal um dia. A academia não tem qualquer manutenção e é bem limitada. Um dia cheguei para treinar e a luz estava apagada e não tinha como acender. A máquina de café do quarto era horrível. O serviço de limpeza era bem desleixado e não repunha os sabonetes e os hidratantes. Acho que foi um dos piores custo benefício que já tive em termos de hotel.

Cons:

The A/C Unit was very noisy when it turned on and off. That was the only complaint.
Did not appreciate paying $66.00 dollars per day to valet my car. Thought that was a little pricy.

An excellent place to stay, fantastic rooms, clean airy and roomy! Plus great staff!
Pros:

Big airy room, super clean and with all the amenities required. The location was ideal for my work locations, plus you had a good selection of shops, restaurants nearby. The bed was extremely comfortable and huge! Plus the staff, so helpful and friendly.

The staff was wonderful and we were able to walk or uber anywhere we needed to go.
Pros:

Loved the property and the location was great.

Cons:

Would have liked more food options for in room service and later availability. Also would’ve preferred keurig coffee makers and a small refrigerator rather than drawers.

Friendly staff and nice rooms but the room facilities need to be updated and location can be noisy.
Pros:

Friendly team. Staff were nice to answer questions and share local tips. Quick room change handled smoothly via text message. Helpful concierge and maintenance crew.

Cons:

While the room looks nice, spacious and clean, but actually staying in the rooms was underwhelming. the noise levels made it hard to relax. The air conditioner in the first room was incredibly loud. After moving, the second room faced a loud street and was constantly noisy with sirens. Even in the new room, the AC made a loud rattling noise every time it cycled on and off.
