Convenient but expensive
Pros:

Close to down town event center. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

Cons:

You pay more and get less. Everything is over priced. There is nothing complimentary...breakfast, parking, ect. No pool, hot, tub, sauna.

The temperature in my room was stuck at 62 degrees. I turned the heat on to 80 degrees but it never blew out hot air

Cons:

The bedroom features a glass door that leads to the bathroom. As a result, when someone uses the bathroom in the middle of the night, the light from the bathroom illuminates the entire bedroom, waking you up from your sleep.

Excellent Front Desk staff.
Pros:

Location. The receptionist on duty was so welcoming and friendly. She went out of her way to help us with our room and explain the amenities of the hotel etc. a real credit to the hotel.

Probably good
Pros:

The hotel was nice and staff was as well. Spacious and comfortable bed. Unfortunately, there was an electricity test going on and while we had been told that the generators would kick in, they did not. No heat, no WiFi, no electricity and the elevators stopped for a bit.
And also… no discount.

A very good place to stay with family.
Pros:

Staff is friendly and professional. The M Club Lounge is worth paying for reasonable expectations.

Staff and organization made everything run smoothly for the conference I attended. On-site food was very good. Room service was quick and good. Room was comfortable.

Cons:

The area was a little dead. Had a hard time finding good restaurants in the area. There was a lot of noise from the room next door, which was annoying.
