Pros:

they called my cell phone at 9 am to tell me that prior tenants had not removed their belongings from the room ( check out time 11:00) and said since they cannot "move their belongings" so they cancelled our reservation ( we found out later that they can make more $$ not honoring booking.com reservations
we did not get the call till 3 pm
the rest of town was full - we had to sleep in our car

Hard, uncomfortable beds, door got stuck and keys didn't work several times, not enough toilet paper or towels for the amount of people and length of stay, toilets barely flush, very loud and annoying people above our room, called about a blanket we accidentally left and never heard back as promised, unfriendly staff. Overall would rather sleep in my vehicle than stay here again.

I concluded my business two days early but was told that they would not refund those days. I was also charged an additional $52. For a prepay that was in excess of my stay price.
