bellissima posizione a 3 minuti da Porta Nuova, personale gentile, buona colazione, arredamento un po datato ma comunque pulito

Un peu de délai pour avoir la chambre mais surclassement dans une belle suite. Très bon lit confortable. et linge de bain. Personnel sympathique. Hôtel proche de tout. Nous reviendrons.

The location was perfect, the room was spacious and clean. Breakfast was plentiful. The hotel was under construction so the elevator was not working and we were told parking cost was the same in the hotel and in the city which was not, we paid over twice the amount in the city. We were given a free breakfast and one free night for the inconveniences. So besides the construction it is a great place to stay.

The hotel is under going renovation is over priced and in not a nice area .
I use between 80 and 100 hotels a year and this experience was exceptionally poor.

2nd time here in a week, better this time as far as the room goes. Elevators being worked on, so just one working. Taking the stairs from 2 floor.

Schönes und modernes Zimmer. Sauberes Bad. Freundliches Personal. Gutes Frühstück mit guter Auswahl.

A bit dated but a good value. Our room, 305, had a leak from the AC that ran under the bed to the nightstand. Didn’t see the water u til morning and had a few soaked items. Put a towel down to soak up the water. Put all our personal items up higher for the second night.

The staff were very kind and attentive. I highly recommend this hotel. The location of the hotel is wonderfull as it is close to a train station, supermarket, restaurants, and within walking distance to most tourist attractions

Hotel molto buono, con personale gentile e disponibile. La posizione è ideale e la colazione, abbondante e gustosa. Unico aspetto da migliorare, le pareti un po’ sottili, che riducono la sensazione di intimità.

Propreté impeccable notamment dans la salle d'eau, les serviettes et les draps.
La salle de petit déjeuner est un peu trop sonore. L'aide au service est de bon niveau.

They are undergoing renovation, you can tell the building is really old and it's not in Google maps under the name of Sure Hotel etc etc .But for that same reason you can tell the staff is really trying to share the hotel new vision; super friendly, efficient and attentive. Brand new broom, that works well.

Besides that, the location it's perfect. Close to the station and nice streets for dining.

If you come with a car, they have private parking for extra charge.

Will definitely come back for future journeys

Hotel in posizione strategica, a un passo dalla stazione e dal centro che può essere raggiunto con una piacevole passeggiata. Apprezzabili la pulizia, l'allestimento della stanza e la colazione.

Fabulous stay in a perfect area

El hotel y el servicio ofrecido por el personal (recepción, desayuno, limpieza, . . .) ha sido excelente. Han sido en todo momento muy amables y dispuestos a solucionar las dudas.

El único tema a comentar es la ubicación, correcta por su localización para ir al centro, pero en general, la zona daba una cierta sensación de inseguridad y suciedad.
