A comfortable stay in a great location with excellent and helpful staff.
Pros:

The staff were excellent, especially the reception team, who were very friendly, helpful, and cooperative. Check-in was smooth and easy. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and in a great location. I also appreciated having access to a workspace with a computer and printer, which was very convenient. Overall, I had a very pleasant stay.

Cons:

The rooms are relatively small, and I was disappointed that breakfast was not included in the standard rate, even during weekdays. I also didn’t like that the upper floors are designated for smokers. In addition, the swimming pool and spa were not operational during my stay.
