لم يعجبني بان الغرفة تفتح بدون اي كرت واستغربت واصلحو الموضوع اليوم الثاني وايضاً عند عمل خروج لم يكن هناك من يحمل الحقائب فابلغت الرسيبشن بان شناطي مازالت بالغرفه وايضاً للاسف نظافة الغرفة هذه المره الثانيه ويتكرر نفس المشكلة .

One great receptionist Mr.Shadi who was very helpful

Cons:

The house keeping was really so bad the room service was very disrespectful and the management was really bad they really ruined my vacation I don't understand how the have the ibis name when absolutely nothing Mets the basic standards for anything
