Happy with our stay tor a layover
Pros:

We used the hotel for a few hours just waiting for our flight in between a very short overnight layover. It was perfectly located and the room was clean. No lift so had to carry bags up but no complaints really, was very basic but it did the job well. Very happy with our stay.

Bad check in
Pros:

Had a slightly earlier arrival. Get to hotel after cabbie cant find it. Go to counter to see maybe I can check in. The man at the counter says No! 2pm, do you have a place i can sit and rest till then. He points to a old delapated chair and sits. Left for a while angry.

Get a different hotel
Pros:

I orderd a suite but got a standar room. Stayed fore 6 days and the room was never cleened. No water in the room and they charge 80php fore a bottle that costs 29php in the stores. The shower gel was emty and not filled. And towels was not in the room. And the room shows signs of wear. Mutch bether to stay at any other hotel in the area.

Pros:

Not the same property as advertised instead called "The Wine Museum Hotel Vino". There are only nine rooms in the entire hotel, but the staff never once cleaned the room to change towels and replenish bottled water. Location is not bad to walk to LRT and MRT trains.

Pros:

The bedroom pillows was nice because it is soft and big. What was disappointing? The tv is not working properly. The AC does'nt have a remote, we have to unplug it to turn it off. There is no drinking water in the room, and the bathroom only have one roll of toilet paper. There is no telephone in thee room and no wifi service.

Not 24 hour reception but close to airport
Pros:

The hotel listing said 24-hour front desk so I therefore made a late night (23:10) booking - when I arrived after midnight - the hotel lights were out and no one was manning the front desk however then a security guy came from nowhere and said sorry no front desk. After I stated that I made a late booking and the hotels.com listing says 24 hours he eventually found someone who gave me a room. This experience late at night and on a short layover was very stressful - I expect hotels.com to update this and I have rang them in addition to this review. The room itself was very clean. The bed was comfortable and I had a good shower 3 hours later and headed back to the airport. Please note the area is literally beside an overpass/freeway so if you are a light sleeper I'd give it a miss but I did sleep fine.
