Ubicacion ok pero poco mas

Al llegar nos ubicaron en otro hotel 2 de las 3 noches contratadas, con la excusa de que habia un grupo de estudiantes y estariamos mas comodos en otra ubicacion que ademas era mas cara (pero ni tendriamos que pagar auplemento), dicho hotel resultó ser mas pesimo y sucio ademas no disponiamos de desayuno, el cual estaba pagado..

Al entrar en la habitacion, nos encontramos en el wc ropa interior seguramente de los anteriorescclientes, pero te hace pensar entonces que la habitacion no tenia una buena limpieza,. La ultima noche en el moon light mejor, aunque deja que desear y me tuve que pelear por que me dieran 2 toallas ya que al entrar la habitacion no tenia ni de manos ni de ducha...

My reservation was not what was given to me.
Pros:

My reservation is with own bathroom! I have to share with 10 + people and it's a long wait. If the hotel has a problem with their booking system, it's not my issue and to be told to either accept or go!
