Very bad and disappointing

Cons:

Everything except people , it was disaster . Smoking rooms are very old. I felt I’m in hotel during 80s.

Food in room dining is not bad but extremely expensive.

Body Hygiene of house keeping staff is unbelievable. I could not allowed him to continue cleaning the room due to body’s smell.

It was my mistake to chose this hotel and immediately changed the hotel second day without thinking twice . I won’t go it back at under any circumstances.

Perfect Stay
Pros:

Excellent service by staff. Excellent location, with walking distance to Port City, Galle One Mall, other attractions. Excellent breakfast, lunch and dinner buffet. WiFi and luggage storage included. Overall an excellent place to stay.

Cons:

There's a partially finished building on one side, a complete eye sore. So, get the Hilton garden view room like I did.

Wonderful Service & Great Atmosphere
Pros:

We visited the à la carte at Hilton Graze on Valentine’s Day, and it turned out to be a very special and memorable evening for me and my girlfriend. Choosing Hilton Graze was one of the best decisions we made. The atmosphere was wonderful, the experience was smooth, and the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming.

I would especially like to appreciate Ravindu for his outstanding service. He was very attentive, kind, and made sure everything was perfect throughout our visit. His positive attitude and professionalism truly made our night even more enjoyable.

Thank you for making our Valentine’s Day celebration so valuable and memorable. We will definitely visit again!
