Pros:

Worst experience after driving log journey with family.. They denied my booking, saying they are planning to cancel online booking option henceforth... This is not an ethical reason to justify the customers.. And i am uninstalling your app as you guys have made me to believe our assumption of booking online..

Pros:

When I called up the manager the previous day to request for late check-in, he flat out told me that they do not accept Expedia bookings as they get only 500rs. And told me to book room via Oyo as it's more profitable to them since the room cost would be more than 1500rs. If I hadn't called up the manager the previous day, we'd have be unaware of this and would have ended up without any accommodation when we reached Mangalore.
