Wonderful stay in amazing room !
Pros:

Wonderful stay in lovely, pleasant room, quiet environment. It looked even better in real.
The host Maradona is wonderful and very helpful.
Everything was extremely clean, modern and the bedding was exceptionally comfortable.
The center is very close. The hosts prepare a delicious, copious breakfast.

Pros:

Hôte très accueillant, serviable, souriant c’est un 10/10. La chambre était très propre, la salle de bain géniale. Le petit-déjeuner était succulent. Je le recommande vivement à toute personne venant à Gjirokastër !!!!

Pros:

The value is incredible. Maradona is a true business man. He looks at the guest's point of view every step of the way He picked me up from the bus station and on the way back, he showed me where to catch a public bus. Some other times he gave us a ride just because he was going in the same direction. The room is pleasant, traditional and in a quiet area. It's a bit of a walk to the castle, so just make sure you do it all once you've left the room (city center, castle, etc).

Also, I want to mention that there is an unofficial minivan that goes to permet early in the morning. If I had known, I would have gone then and been able to do the rafing in Permet (I stayed two days in Gjirokaster so I could do a day in Permet). I'm attaching the schedule. Also there is a bus in Permet that does not come at regular times, and it can take you to the baths. It's very hard to find out the schedule. Ask a hostel in Permet.

Cons:

The ride system wasn't consistent. I would prefer to know the rules (times he can take us; times he can't) rather than feel like he can change his mind on a whim. This is something small, but his do-it -all/ extremely responsive style was a little anxiety producing for me. Also, there was mold on the shower curtain b/c of lack of ventilation.

gute Lage, guter Preis
Pros:

Super freundlicher Empfang, tolle Betreuung während des Aufenthaltes. Das Hotel liegt fussläufig 15 Minuten von der Innenstadt entfernt, das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis

Cons:

wir hatten ein Deluxe Doppelzimmer, die Zimmer sind schon klein, leider hatten wir in unserem Zimmer kein direktes Sonnenlicht. Die Fenster gingen zum Innenhof und waren mit festgesetzten Gardinen ausgerüstet, so dass man zu jeder Tageszeit Licht einschalten musste. Die Parkplätze sind nur über eine kleine steile Auffahrt, meistens fährt der Hotelbesitzer die Autos, erreichbar.

Cosy, friendly over night stay
Pros:

Wonderful host who was available whenever you needed, offering free taxi to town etc. Room clean and spacious enough for us. Nice breakfast. Location 700m from downtown and a close walk to the castle.

Cons:

It's not the hosts fault, but we were kept awake a bit by barking dogs through the night. Steep but very interesting walk through the tunnel to downtown. We chose to walk, but the host was happy to drive us and pick us up if we wanted to.

Pros:

La habitación súper amplia y cómoda , decoración tradicional muy bonita, está un poco lejos del centro pero el dueño te hace de taxi y puedes avisarle en cualquier momento
Zona muy tranquila

Cons:

El baño, la cortina de la ducha es de plástico y se te pega al cuerpo cuando te duchas, también tenia todas las paredes sucias como si hubiesen caído gotas de pintura marrón por todo el baño

Super Wohnung mit empathischen Vermieter in der Nähe des Zentrums der Altstadt
Pros:

Der Vermieter Maradonna ist sehr nett, hat uns vom Busbahnhof abgeholt und hingebracht. Die Wohnung war sehr gut, das Frühstück abwechslungsreich und die Lage zum Zentrum ist zu Fuß ca. 15-20 Minuten. Wir haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt.

posizione ottimale della struttura per chi non dispone di un mezzo di trasporto privato, , essendo il centro storico raggiungibile facilmente con breve ed interessante passeggiata. ottima accoglienza e assistenza da parte del proprietario che mi ha aspettato e riaccompagnato al bus terminal

nella stanza manca solo un armadio, e/o appendini vari, in compenso ci sono due ottime poltrone.
