Ein gutes Hotel mit einem unschlagbaren Preis- / Leistungsverhältnis.
Pros:

Die deutschsprachige Rezeption war immer besetzt, das Personal freundlich. Das Zimmer war ruhig, obwohl es an einer Hauptstraße liegt und es waren ausreichend Parkplätze vorhanden. Das übersichtliche Hotel liegt zwar etwas außerhalb, aber mit dem E-Bike waren wir vermutlich genauso schnell in der der Innenstadt wie mit dem Auto (ca. 30 Minuten).

Cons:

Bis auf einen Kühlschrank / Minibar war alles Notwendige vorhanden.

Ogólnie w porządku.
Pros:

Ogólnie Hotel bardzo czysty, w dobrej lokalizacji, mila obsługa, wygodne łóżka, pokój i łazienka czyste i funkcjonalne. Jesteśmy zadowoleni

Cons:

Nasz pobyt mial miejsce w czasie kiedy było dość ciepło. Pokój niestety pozbawiony klimatyzacji czy nawet wentylatora, otwarcie okna na żeby wywietrzyć niemożliwe ze względu na to, ze nasz pokój był od strony bardzo ruchliwej ulicy. To nam się nie podobało.

Bis auf eine Mitarbeiterin, war alles ok.
Pros:

Check In war einfach und ging schnell. Die Dame am Empfang war freundlich und hat alles erklärt.

Cons:

Eine Mitarbeiterin an der Rezeption war sehr speziell. Sie wollte unser bestelltes Abendessen nicht herausgeben, nur weil der Name nicht genau stimmte. Das lag aber daran, wie die Dame selbst festgestellt hatte, dass der Lieferant kein Deutsch konnte.
Selbst das Vorzeigen der Bestellnummer und der Quittung konnten sie nicht überzeugen. Erst nach einer Diskussion und einem Code, den sie später auf der Tüte gefunden haben will, wurde es uns ausgehändigt. Das war sehr merkwürdig. Vielleicht wollte sie es auch einfach selbst essen...
Alle anderen Mitarbeiter waren aber freundlich.

Ein anderer Punkt ist die Tiefgarage. Es ist schön dass das Hotel eine eigene besitzt, aber mit einem etwas größeren Fahrzeug wird es eng bei der Einfahrt. Wenn man Glück hat bekommt man noch einen Platz im Hinterhof.

Pros:

Das Hotel lag in der Nähe des Tierparks.
Frühstück fanden wir in Ordnung und ausreichend.

Cons:

Das Bad war zu klein. Der Spritzschutz auf der Badewanne war nicht ausreichend genug.

Lage zur Arena zu Fuß zu erreichen .Betten sehr groß

Zimmer sind in die Jahre gekommen. Mini Bar ging nicht aufzumachen. Das Bad ist in die Jahre gekommen.
