En las habitaciones cerca a la alberca, no hay ascensor y si llevas maleta grande y te toca en el Segundo piso toca cargarla por las escaleras 😞

The staff, grounds and restaurant were wonderful. The pet path was a nice touch.
Pros:

The hotel was a pleasant surprise for a roadtrip stayover on our way to Mexico City from Monterrey. The beautiful and well taken landscape and large rooms were also a plus.

Cons:

The hotel, staff and grounds were wonderful. However, the pet fee is extremely high in relation to the cost associated to the cost of the rooms.

Que la alberca no tiene caldera o la que tienen es solar. Y pues si van con niños, es un rollo quitarles la idea de meterse.

Pros:

Everything was so nice. They realized I was with my grandmother and needed the first floor and accommodated for that. They had a little welcome cake ready for us and went above and beyond to ask if you needed anything in the morning, everyone was so kind there and the pool was so amazing and humongous Even during off-season. It was so nice.
