It was only convenient for the price and location otherwise don’t get to excited
Pros:

I enjoyed the animals on the property and the convenient location near Junction Mall. Additionally, it was not too far from Lombardi Beach.

Cons:

For starters, I didn’t like the greetings upon arrival. The receptionists weren’t really friendly or informative, and they answered with yes or no answers to anything we asked.. The breakfast offered was the same one they feed their monkey, which was unpleasant because it demonstrated a lack of thoughtfulness in catering to their guests. Additionally, they didn’t season anything, and instead of sausage, they served hot dog Winnie’s. Lastly the booking.com isn’t real once you arrive they charge additional 60$

Redelijk hotel, maar slechte service
Pros:

De mooie omgeving en de kamer op zich

Cons:

Betaling verblijf kon alleen in Ghs en viel bij omrekening veel hoger uit. Prijs van Booking.com was Ghs 3000 te laag. Alles draaide om geld en niet of nauwelijks de klant.

Great play to stay because of location and pool

Facilities perfect but staff and general service application was terrible if not borderline horrible.

Cons:

The staff were very unpleasant and unprofessional especially those at the bar nearest to the pool. Their demeanour and people service was appalling. I can’t understand why a hotel facility that offers rooms for couples would provide 1 towel for two people and a member of staff has the audacity to say to me the service user that it’s hotel policy to offer I piece of towel for two guests. How on earth would such service be deemed professional and acceptable.

Disappointing
Pros:

Proximity to the beach and mall. Some of the staff were really helpful and professional.

Cons:

Cleanliness matters and so does insect mitigation especially of mosquitoes in a country known for malaria. I got extremely sick after our stay there. I also didn't like that random people were allowed to show up for "pool parties" who weren't paying guests there and that those same people would purposely blast the most obnoxious loud music in the restaurant. The breakfast wasn't the greatest and had we known that wouldn't have paid for it and just went to the coffee shop at the mall instead.

Also didn't like that they had a tiny cage of little monkeys with strings attached to their waists and didn't make any noise. There were actually a lot of random animals there and the location was in the middle of nowhere.

It was extremely humid, musty, claustrophobic in the room we had and we could hear the lobby front desk people talking extremely loudly throughout our stay coupled with early morning calls and banging on the door by either or cleaners and or the kitchen even after we told them to come later.

Was also charged more than the actual price shown on booking.com and never got that resolved because it was such a hassle 🙄 honestly don't want to use booking.com again due to so many issues.
