Room cleaned every day. Excellent buffet breakfast.
Decent sized room with comfortable bed. Good location for all amenities.
We booked a room with a sea view - this could only been seen by standing at the right hand side of the window and looking diagonally out to see a bit of sea (viewed through a dirty window).
The room was reasonably decorated but carpet worn and stained, furniture chipped, remote control for TV didn't work.
The bathroom door was warped and not easy to open and close. Inside ceiling tiles stained and badly fitted, hot water from shower after running it for a while, no shelf for toiletries - small 10ml plastic sachets provided by hotel impossible to open without scissors (bought our own next day). Small plastic beakers provided here but no glasses for other drinks. Dusty pipes and petal bin which was dented and rusty as was the chrome legs of the washstand.
Breakfast consisted of the usual items, all of which were only lukewarm including the plates. Milk and juices not labelled so pot luck with identifying them. Breakfast room light and airy but large black marks visible on the floor.
This establishment is not a hotel but functioning as a bed and breakfast only.
It looked shabby and unloved, needing some serious TLC in all areas. Finally, even the "Do not Disturb" sign was taped together with sellotape! All in all the experience was very disappointing and the room overpriced.
Jenny the receptionist was really helpful the bed was comfortable it was very clean

Breakfast was very good and plentiful. Room size was good. Check in was fine. Everywhere was clean. Close to amenities.
The room containing the breakfast food was too small, especially if there were quite a few people eating at the same time. Chairs in the conservatory area need replacing. Receptionist was always chatting away and was not very attentive. The draft lager was off with a horrible taste, probably because not many people were using the bar. The beds were very hard, no bounce at all,very difficult to sleep in. Will not return to this hotel again.

The cable cars left a lot to be desired as they shut them for no reason.
