Liked the size of the bedrooms and comfortable beds. Staff very friendly and hotel quiet and clean. Breakfast was delicious.

Cons:

Bathroom small and dooir hit sink as walked in. No storage or shelf in bathroom.

A break to the seaside.
Pros:

The minute you walk through the door , and see Samantha's smiling face., you are made to feel so welcome , it's a home from home , we love or stays there .

Cons:

Trouble getting hot water in the shower or the sink in the bathroom, the water pressure can be low and the shower was a mixer tap which can be difficult if the water is not hot.
