Great stay in one of our favorite places to visit , small but clean room , close to shops sea front
Pros:

Nice clean sheets & thick clean towels changed both days , The breakfast was amazing best breakfast I’ve ever had in Llandudno ,

Cons:

The bathroom was too small , hotel a bit dated but a lot are in Llandudno, the steps at the front of hotel are very steep probably could do with a ramp .

Good stay...good location and by the the sea...
Pros:

First time staying...good hotel ...lift and rooms good comfortable, no parking but on street if not to busy ...
Breakfast is good quality and plentiful.
Checked in smoothly too..staff are very helpful and friendly....
Hope to stay in future...

A little overpriced average
Pros:

Had to go to sister hotel to eat because restaurant here was not operational...food at other hotel (MERRION) was outstanding but bar was expensive .....comfy bed, nice bedding, peaceful .. Fantastic breakfast here is the saving grace

Small shower room, mini sink not good, gable end room is cold, outdated and a little overpriced for that reason

The whole place looked very tired and worn. Decor, carpets and furnishings all need updating. Room 203 was very shabby and the shower room was very, very small.
