Everyone we met was polite, professional and the restaurant food was excellent.
Pros:

The room was away from the elevators.
It was a quite area of the hotel.
The view was OK, We saw some of the skyscrapers .

Cons:

Perfect stay with great views of Vancouver
Pros:

We enjoyed the big room and the room service was very quick to arrive. The bathroom was very spacious as well.

It was an enjoyable and convenient place to stay.
Pros:

The location was great. It is close enough to the pier to walk, and close to the Skytrain station. There are everal nearby restaurants. It was just steps away from a festival at the Art Museum.

Cons:

A little pricey but I guess a good value compared to some others in the area. The angled hallways were a little disorienting. I felt like I was in a maze.

Ausgezeichnete Lage an der Howr Street.
Pros:

Guter Service beim Frühstück. Zimmerservice, Sauberkeit sehr gut.

Das Drama Reception !Meine Reservation, sechs Tage, habe ich nach drei Tagen an der Reception um einen Tag verlängert, da mein Rückflug verschoben wurde.
Alles OK. Kein Zimmerwechsel ist notwendig! Dann die Überraschung am Abend: kein Zimmerservice…! Ich wurde an die Reception gerufen: Unfreundlicher geht’s nicht mehr. Vorwurfsvoll: keine Zusatzbuchung vorhanden…. als wollte ich versuchen, eine Nacht nicht zu bezahlen. Auf meinen vielen Reisen habe ich noch nie eine so arrogante und unfähige Reception erlebt!

Excellent, we would happily book again when in Vancouver!
Pros:

It was in a great location with easy access to public transport and downtown Vancouver shops and sights. The staff were wonderfully helpful and the facilities excellent. We really appreciated being able to order delicious breakfast to our room and being able to store our luggage after checkout and freshen up for an evening international flight.
