It was very outdated and could have used some remodeling. The exterior looks very nice, but the interior could use some updating.

The location was the only benefit for the price of the stay.
The price, the quality of the facilities/aesthetic, the lack of cleanliness, the lack of response when these findings were discovered, the quality of the food and again, the price for sub-par a stay.
Staff was lovely and it was easy to check in and the room was clean and comfortable, and it was in a convenient location for where I was needing to travel to in the city

Rooms were dark. Breakfast was scarce and mediocre.
The front desk person was personable and helpful. Breakfast was generously appointed and lots of diverse options. Closeness to downtown River Park was great - just a scooter ride away! (If you do rent a scooter - I'd do the monthly rate. Hourly gets really expensive.) The restaurant across the street diagonally has a great happy hour and a deck overlooking the river and trail.
I love the location and comfort of this hotel. Friendly staff and perfect for traveling with my small dog.
The noise level. Honestly this is my favorite place to stay in Spokane (especially off season mid week) it is very noisy however. Thin walls and street noise.
