My stay was decent but not what I was expecting.
Pros:

The bed was clean and everything else was mostly clean

Cons:

It smelled like smoke in there. The walls had brown stains, the ceiling in the shower had mold spores and some areas of the ceiling in the bathroom had mold spores. I don't think that is safe for guests. Attention to detail is what needs to be considered in this case. The walls are thin and i could hear people in the room next to me way too easily. People are also loud in the hallways. The walls are just very thin.

My stay was Good overall. I was very pleased.
Pros:

The breakfast was okay, one of the waffle makers was broke. That made it an inconvenience. I expected the breakfast time to change for Saturday and Sunday morning. The parking was overflowing. It worked out Good for me. I'll probably stay there again in June.

Overflowing parking. I'm curious how cameras in the parking lot. Some guy/ young man was sleeping on the 4th floor in the hall near the exit door for the steps. Smelling it up.
