Of all the BWI Airport hotels this may be the greatest value. Clean, comfortable, only 7 minutes to the car rental return. Breakfast was great.

La cama estaba cómoda

Muy mal servicio del transporte del aeropuerto al hotel, esperamos más de una hora y no llegó. El transportista de Holiday Inn nos hizo el favor de llevarnos. Al llegar y presentarle nuestra queja a la señorita de la recepción, nos gritó argumentando que ella estaba detrás del escritorio y no le correspondía y que nos fuéramos a otro hotel. Debido a que me encontraba sintiéndome enferma y ya eran las 11pm, decidimos quedarnos. De lo contrario nos hubiéramos ido, nos sentimos corridis y muy mal atendidos. Muy muy lamentable.
