Cons:

Very outdated - shower would not turn off- toilet is for a pre-k school-toilet would not flush completely!
TV no movies- very generic

Pros:

Room was very clean

Cons:

No fresh coffee. Machine broken for over two weeks. Internet down. Parking lot covered in ice. Management did not appear to be making an effort to fix these issues. Shower head in room was leaking. You could smell pot smoke in the hallway in certain areas.

Perfect
Pros:

Breakfast was not included since we left at night but they offered coffee and chocolate at all times. we like that! The shuttle service to BWI was comfy and quick and tailor made. Great parking (at a small cost) but safe and convenient.

Pros:

I liked the staff. Everyone was very friendly and accommodating.

Cons:

It smelled like Marijuana all day & night. I'm not sure if it was being smoked inside the rooms or outside & the smell was coming in through the vents.

Traumatizing
Cons:

I was racially targeted one of the staff members disrespected me and was very rude to me. I decided to let it go. I went back to my room just forgot about it. Just let it go the next day. I was told that even though I wasn’t supposed to leave until two days after that that I had to leave immediately and the police was at my door. I’ve never ever been treated like this, I’ve been a correctional officer for 19 years. I know how to talk to people. I know how to conduct myself. The police stood in. The doorway wow, my seven year old, who is artistic and scared because she doesn’t understand what’s going on is getting ready. The only thing I said to the staff member was that she was being rude. Other than that I didn’t say one word to her. I have never been treated like this in my life.

Pros:

The place was clean and comfortable to stay.

Cons:

The staff at reception were, not honest I phone them twice to request the hotel shuttle from Baltimore airport, but they never send it, I had to ask help from Mariot hotel driver to drop me to hotel.
And later on I called the receptionist to request some information she hanged the phone without giving me a simple answer.

The staff, specially in the receptions area are not trained enough to the hotel ethics.
