The fsclity was good. Breakfast was excellent. Staff uninformed.

Was listed as a park and fly. It is not. The two young ladies informed us that we could park across the street. Wrong. When I informed them that the lot “across the street was government parking only, then they directed us to another lot further away.
We ended up paying $114 that we hadn’t planed on.
Remove this hotel as a park and fly option 😡

Terrible - charged despite bedbugs

The original person who checked us in was nice

Cons:

Bedbugs. I woke up after a few hours and had multiple bites. I found little black specs of debris in the sheets. I went downstairs and requested a different from to shower and change in. I showed the guy at the front desk pictures of the sheets and my bites and requested plastic bags to put our clothes and shoes from the first room. I told him I expected not to be charged and he mumbled something that sounded like “yeah, will comp.”

I was disappointed, but sadly not surprised, to see that my card was charged. I send a detailed message to the property through booking.com and they did not respond or refund the charge. I came into the app to get their phone number and the review this property popped up. Overall, I’m extremely disappointed.

To make matters worse, we were resting before my son’s delayed flight to the UK. He had planned to wear his tennis shoes during his time there (the only other pair of shoes he had were hiking boots). Fortunately, we made it to a Walmart right before it closed, so we were able to purchase shoes and clothes to replace what he was depending on for his trip. So, in addition to being charged for a room with bedbugs in a hotel we were in 4 hours, I’m also out an additional $100 for travel item replacements.

Nothing. I was asked to leave by a girl in the very large wig for complaining about the broken toilet in my room and her poor response to my issue.

Nice stay
Pros:

The beds were nice, water was hot. Only stayed one night, due to an early flight. Price was fair, breakfast was good, good selection.

Cons:

Lady at the counter had no customer service skills. Only question I was asked is if I needed a shuttle which was appreciated. But with me being new to the area and hotel, I had no idea where to park, wasnt told what time breakfast is, wasnt even told how to get to my room. Yes I could have asked but it's there job to tell the guest. No smile, no welcome in how can I help you.
