Pros:

El desayuno muy completo, tiene una vista hermosa. La terraza también muy buena.

Cons:

La habitación que nos tocó no era como la que reservamos por booking. Tenía olor a cañería y la ducha muy incómoda para bañarse.

Good location, mediocre hotel. Staff wasn’t welcoming, room was uncomfortable.
Pros:

Location was good.

Cons:

No sockets next to the bad, no lights in bathroom (electricity in general not only the lights), elevator was really for 2 persons and slow. Extremly tight spaces.

Pros:

We get lucky! New room, so it looks good. Great location.

Cons:

There is no normal coffe for breakfast. Rooftop bar is overpriced and poir quality. 10€ for capsule Nespresso (only coffe they have) is bit much. I paid 20€ for glass of Champagne.

Es war sehr zufriedenstellend.
Pros:

Frühstück war sehr gut un ausreichend.
Alle Angestellten waren immer sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.
Klimaanlage hat nicht funktioniert und wurde innert kurzer Zeit repariert.

Cons:

Lift langsam und komischer Geruch.

Bene, ma non benissimo.
Pros:

Ho trovato il prezzo della stanza molto vantaggioso, soprattutto considerando la posizione dell’hotel. Il punto di forza è sicuramente la terrazza rooftop, davvero incredibile, con una vista magnifica sulla Basilica di San Pietro. Anche la sala colazioni, situata al sesto piano, offre una vista davvero spettacolare.

Cons:

Purtroppo la stanza non mi ha soddisfatto pienamente. Al nostro arrivo c’era un evidente odore di chiuso e si percepiva anche un po’ di odore di polvere. Anche il bagno, in particolare la doccia, avrebbe bisogno di maggiore attenzione e manutenzione: il tubo della doccia perdeva acqua e, durante l’utilizzo, tendeva anche a schizzare.

Ok, given this was an emergency , as they original booking turned out to be a scam (Cosy apartment Rome)
Pros:

Kind staff and great view from roof top terraced

Cons:

Bathroom smelled of sewer also in the room we were changed to. In the toilet there were areas with black mould. Both rooms smelt of mould also in the sleeping area.

Helt okej hotell med närhet till allt
Pros:

Mycket bra läge och utsikten är verkligen som bilderna. Frukosten var väldigt bra med klassiska saker att välja mellan.

Cons:

Hissarna var fruktansvärda för att de var små, långsamma och extremt varma. Takterrassen var fin men priserna på dricka var löjligt dyrt och därför valde man att gå någon annan stans istället.

Emplacement et vue fantastique mais les équipements des chambres nécessitent d'être revus/modernisés

L'emplacement et la vue depuis les restaurant et la terrasse sont exceptionnels

Cons:

Compte-tenu du nombre d'étoiles affichées par l'hôtel, un certains nombre de choses n'était au niveau à mon sens :
1 - Le système de climatisation de la chambre n'était pas totalement fonctionnel.
La température la plus basse possible restait élevé pour pouvoir bien dormir, sans que le fait de baisser le thermostat n'est d'influences sur la température fourni dans la chambre.
Bien qu'ayant fait intervenir quelqu'un de l'établissement, aucune solution n'a pu être trouvée pour résoudre ce problème.
De plus, la climatisation était des plus brillante ce qui n'aidait pas non plus à pouvoir bien dormir.
2 - Le pare-douche de la baignoire n'était pas du tout adapté et à chaque douche nous nous retrouvions avec de grosses flaques d'eau dans la salle de bain !
3 - Lors de notre réservation, nous avions indiqué de nous venions passer ces quelques jours à Rome et dans cette hôtel pour notre lune de miel. Bien qu'ils nous aient dit avoir pris note de cette information, nous n'avons constaté aucun geste spécifique de la part de l'établissement pour marquer cette évènement avec un geste particulier.
