If it weren’t for a one night necessity, I would not stay there ever again. The cost was far more than it should have be
Pros:

Not a whole lot.

Cons:

It wasn’t very well maintained. The guy working there was not behind the front desk and white headphones around his neck.
Room were not available at the time of check in. There were other people in the lobby becoming upset with him and the situation.

There is a major lack of cleanliness, friendliness, and hospitality at this location.

Only one staff member was actually pleasant and likeable, everything else about this location was a nightmare.

Cons:

Everything needs major improvement. Manager Dave is the most unpleasant and unhelpful person I have ever had the displeasure of interacting with. Our room was filthy when we arrived, last guests checked out four days previously. Their old garbage, soiled linens, dirty washroom and items from their stay were left there for four days. Took the staff more than an hour to clean the room after they were notified of their mistake; it was a small room with two queen beds. When we checked the room again we found the sheets had not actually been changed, we were missing towels and some garbage still remained. When we spoke with Dave the GM he stated it was ‘not his problem’ could do nothing for us but change the sheets and that if we wanted to leave we would have to pay for the room still. I had to call booking.com to have them call and speak with this location in order to get a refund. It is three days later and I still waiting on approval from this location to receive my refund.

Not as expected and bad experience
Pros:

Almost nothing

Cons:

Many concerns
1- the location (next to cemetery) so many unusual sounds at night!
2- the washroom faucet
3- the normal faucet (very hard to use)
3- no breakfast (breakfast is nothing to consider)
4- morning shift are not helpful
Tried to cancel the stay, but administration refused(although it states in case of cancellation, first night will be deducted-which was ok for us but to move to better stay) and they mentioned all days will be charged even if we don't stay!

amazing stay, will be there again
Pros:

got the hottub room and 100% will be staying again with my boyfriend we loved it. the lights, shower lights, smoke room didn’t smell like smoke at all, right next to everything!

Pros:

Beds were comfortable. Water was hot but hot water in sink was hooked up backwards

No coffee pot in room. Asked for 1and staff brought 1 but it was filthy

Pros:

breakfast was skimpy
cups were plastic for hot beverages and WAY too small
choices were bread and small packaged muffins
milk was warm
location next to eat and park and sheetz very close
very close to interstate
ice machine access

Cons:

breakfast
pillows were worn
extra blankets --the bedspread was VERY thin
the front desk staff was at check in and when added a night--very apathetic and not helpful to look to see how they could help save me by staying an extra night--I almost didnt because of this
also i had told them i no longer needed a double and to move rooms but they would not -which would have saved me money
