Great good value and cute find in New Orleans
Pros:

Super friendly staff and lovely big room. Streetcar right outside for easy access to.canal street and French Quarter. An easy stroll through Garden district to some great breakfast spots on Magazine Street.

Nice hotel in a great location
Pros:

The hotel staff was so nice and helpful. Room was clean and comfortable. The property was very secure and I felt safe as a female staying there alone. The price was also reasonable for such a good location!

Other than having no window our stay was comfortable in a vintage building almost directly across from the street car st

Cons:

Our room (room 15) didn’t have a window or enough room for a chair or small writing desk. But very clean and a comfortable bed and a huge bathroom.

Really wouldn't recommend.
Pros:

I really tried to find some good things to say. They did move us to a better room, though I think they should have let us leave early, but ok. The new room was ok.

Cons:

The first room we got had an insufferable smell of mold and dampness. I think it's disgusting to any person, but personally I have asthma and simply can't stay in a room like that. We arrived late at night so we didn't have a choice, and told them in the morning we wanted to leave early (we had 2 more nights with them). The manager told me she won't reimburse us and suggested switching rooms. They have a new building with new rooms that didn't have that smell, and so.it was a solution, but I really wanted to just leave and couldn't.
- In both rooms the floor feels for some reason oily. It was gross to a point we only walked with slippers on.
- In both rooms the view from the window is a wall.
- In the new room, the AC was very loud, the toilet water was running non stop, and it's in the middle of a hallway where you can hear every single guest.
- The late check in process was confusing and instructions kept changing.
