Room was very clean . Hotel was very clean . Older hotel but updated a bit . The night staff always welcomed us back and said hello . Day staff did not . When I asked the front day staff for a Target they seemed confused and after 3 tries I just gave up ; no smiles no help . Room was very comfortable but the bed was very hard . Good pillows . All in all for the price I paid I would stay again . But would not pay more than $99. Breakfast was well stocked and a good basic set up . Good coffee station ...

Overall was a good experience. The hallway on the 5th floor needed vacuuming and the room we stayed in had a very wet spot in the carpet from the fridge. Talked to front desk and they had written to check when I checked out so they were very attentive to fix the problem! Customer service was excellent! Besides those 2 little hiccups very well maintained in and out of property!

I stayed here based off reviews from previous guests; overall, I’d say I was let down with the accommodations. The room was somewhat clean but had a mysterious liquid on the cabinet, hair in random places, and a fingernail or toenail at the edge of the bed. The beds were hard and uncomfortable and the doors paper thin. Friday night into Saturday, we heard people coming in and out of their rooms until around 3AM. It was disappointing that this was allowed as it wasn’t just people arriving later. I finally turned on a sound machine on my phone and could still hear everyone. The breakfast was decent, what you would expect but the area far too overcrowded and the food sparse. The pool was much smaller than pictured and when multiple kids’ parties were allowed in the area, we couldn’t even enjoy the area because of the screaming. It was too loud to enjoy. Overall, the space was decently clean but also a let down in several ways. The price is comparable to others in the area and I’d almost suggest it.
