Uma ótima opção
Pros:

Hotel limpo e bem cuidado. Quarto limpo, cama confortável, roupas de cama e de banho de boa qualidade, quarto ótimo e amplo (reservamos a opção reformada), serviço de quarto ótimo (inclusive do restaurante que fica embaixo do hotel). Funcionários muito atenciosos (recepção e serviço de quarto). O fato de estar em cima de um restaurante é um ponto muito positivo. Foi uma ótima experiência no hotel, recomendo fortemente (e certamente voltaria a se hospedar).

Cons:

Faltam amenidades de banho: são poucas as opções oferecidas e de baixíssima qualidade que nem dá para usar (sabonete, xampu, etc). Café da manhã pode melhorar: é bem básico, e o atendimento da funcionária no café da manhã não foi muito cordial. Ficamos no quarto andar e o pessoal do café da manhã (imagino ser a cozinha) faz muito barulho, atrapalhando o descanso. O quarto não tem uma acústica excelente: então vai-se ouvir muito barulho externo.
