Pros:

Staff were very attentive and friendly.

Cons:

Car park prices are a bit steep now, and less staff in breakfast room meaning tables weren't cleared off as quickly and noone to speak to when something had run out.

Will stay again
Pros:

Nice size bedroom, comfy bed, ambient temperature (thankfully as the weather had been extremely hot in the lead up to our stay). Plenty of wardrobe space and a good supply of hangers. Breakfast was lovely with plenty of choice. All staff very helpful and friendly.

Cons:

It's not anything that spoiled our stay or caused a huge problem but the door handle plate on the inside of our bedroom was loose so every time someone walked past our room, it rattled. Also, the toilet roll holder was loose. The main lift was out of order throughout our stay, which caused a bit of a queue having to use the staff lift and this also held up the housekeeping staff at times who were always polite in letting us use it before them. Although the hotel is a little bit tired looking in places, it wouldn't stop us from staying here again, and I hope my comments are taken in the spirit they are intended - constructive.
