Not a good start with room not being right but on the whole nice hotel.
Pros:

Meals were lovely.

Cons:

Was allocated a single room very small with no wardrobe to hang up clothes. Complained to reception given another room later on in the day. Was a bit of a hassle having to move all my things again.

We had a lovely stay at the Imperial. It is close to everything Blackpool has to offer and clean.
Pros:

Breakfast was excellent, food well cooked and served hot. Good choices available. The room was fine, roomy but the furniture was very tired. The bed was comfortable although a little too soft for me personally. The evening food was very nice. Good choices and cooked beautifully.a

Cons:

A better view but in the end it is only a view and a clean room is the main requirement.

Lovely hotel, a little tired now and cost to park
Pros:

Great location been there many times before

Cons:

Additional parking charges added £14 per night since I last stayed. Says parking under facilities but you have to dig to see that there is a charge.

Pros:

Breakfast.

Cons:

I don't really want to waste anymore time on this property... The housekeeping really needs an overhaul... Front desk desperately short staffed, as having to deal with many
people's disappointments ...
