Ganz prima Hotel für Business und Tourismus Nähe Bhf Nord
Pros:

Sehr gute Lage, allerdings an anderem Ort als viele zentrale Hotels: 10 Min vom Bhf Noord (Ankunft aus D = kein Umsteigen bis Central), 10 Minuten per direkter Strassenbahn ins Zentrum oder 20 Minuten zu Fuß (bis Grote Markt/Börse etc.). Umgebung sicher, drumherum einige Restaurants und ein Supermarkt, eher "normale" Umgebung.
Große bequeme Betten, gute Beleuchtung, Kaffee mit Nespresso und Tee im Zimmer; Lotion/Conditioner etc.; kleine Details (Sleepnoise, Magazin, ...). Hocker und Sitz vor großem Arbeitstisch am FEnster sind einladend. Zimmer-Deko auf gute Weise ungewöhnlich (gesprenkelt, schwarzes Bad). Weiche, große Handtücher. Bettdecken reichen auch für Menschen > 2m (!). Wer auf die Zimmerreinigung verzichtet, bekommt einen Drink in der Bar, wahlweise auch Rotwein/Weisswein fürs Zimmer.
Rezeption ist immer gut besetzt, serviceorientiert. Gepäckaufbewahrung vorher und nachher unproblematisch. Für abends/nachts gibts auch einen Mini-Store (automatisiert). Besonders ist der Mitarbeiter aus Deutschland hervorzuheben: Sehr kompetent, umsichtig, freundlich.
Exzellentes Frühstück mit ausreichend Platz für die Hotelgäste: Waffeln zum Selberbacken, viele Sorten Brot/Brötchen/Croissants/süße Teilchen/Kuchen/Pancakes, dazu frisches Rührei, warme Speisen. Die Auswahl an Herzhaftem ist groß (sogar frische Avocado); Müsli mit vielen Ergänzungen wie Leinsamen, Chia, Nüsse, getrocknetes Obst und vier Sorten "Milch" (Hafer, Soja, Mandel etc.); frisch gepresster Orangensaft und mehrere andere z.T frische Säfte; Obst.
Fitnessraum ist oben mit Ausblick, ordentlich.

Cons:

Hotel liegt an einer großen Strasse, davon hört man etwas, vor allem morgens wieder.
Im Frühstücksraum wird längere Zeit nicht abgeräumt. Öffnung bis 11 Uhr wäre prima.
Eine Sauna wäre schön; Fitnessraum könnte länger geöffnet sein.

Insist on getting a room away from the elevators!!
Pros:

Good location, 20 mins walk from the city centre, Zavel/Sablon and some of the major museums. Metro station “Kruidtuin/Botanique” is just around the corner. Artistically designed rooms. Great bed and friendly staff. GET A ROOM AWAY FROM THE ELEVEVATORS. The mechanism is extremely noisy and will keep you awake until midnight and wake you up as early as 6 o’clock!

La négligence d un hôtel

L accueil de la réception...les travaux pendant mon sejour..la robinetterie faible en eau plusieurs fois pendant mon sejour..jai reserver la suite galerie on ma donner la suite junior. J'ai du aller me plaindre a la réception pour qu on me donne ma suite je trouve sa d une malhonnêteté en sachant qu il y a 15m carre de différence et que j ai payé d entendre me dire par la réceptionniste que la chambre ce trouve a cote de l ascenseur alors ils ont décidé a ma place de me changer de chambre..et le manque de sourir de la réception..mais pour papoter entre eux il ya aucun problème meme demander un renseignement on a l impression de les deranger. Pour le prix demandé je conseillerais jamais votre hôtel.

Hôtel vieillissant dans un environnement non secure. Les équipements sont fatigués ( TV en panne et porte salle de bain mal fixée). Mais le personnel sur place a fait un geste de compensation ( parking gratuit) ce qui est très appréciable....
