Great, next time we will be staying somewhere else
Pros:

The staff were amazing, and we’ve stayed here before because we really enjoy the calm, quiet location. It just happened to be my three year olds birthday weekend and unfortunately this wasn’t the best weekend for us to be there because of the other events in the community

Cons:

There were a lot of children in the lobby, and unfortunately some of the parents weren’t very attentive, which made the atmosphere feel uncomfortable at times. We still made the best of our weekend, and the kids did enjoy themselves.

However, as a First Nations family, we did experience a hurtful situation in the pool area where it felt like our children were being snubbed by other kids and the parents. That was disappointing and difficult to witness, a fellow toddler was in the pool with my son and the mom quickly took her son away and they didn’t interact.

On a positive note, we appreciated that there is a shallow pool area for younger children, and that the main pool isn’t too deep, which made it comfortable for our family.

Beautiful, clean hotel with great pool and filling breakfast!
Pros:

The pool was great - the kids had fun on the waterslide and the hot tub was wonderfully warm and relaxing. Everyone was delighted with the variety of foods available for breakfast in the morning. Everything was delicious.

Very nice!
Pros:

Honestly, it was a really great experience. The staff were super nice and really friendly. That breakfast was absolutely delicious and amazing! The hotel itself was stunning. Highly recommend!

Cons:

Honestly there isn't much to complain about. Would I recommend it as a romantic place to stay, not necessarily but that's simply because the location isn't ideal and it doesn't give that vibe. But overall it has a great atmosphere
