Vue spectaculaire mais certains membres du personnel devraient partir en formation professionnelle.
Pros:

La vue de l'hôtel spectaculaire ainsi que de la chambre que nous avions choisie côté port.

Cons:

L'accueil à la réception "c'est pour une entrée ? !" sans même nous regarder et pareillement pendant tout le check in...
Je n'avais jamais vécu cela...
Au déjeuner les 3 Forts, oubli de m'apporter le chocolat chaud pour les profiteroles. J'ai demandé et le serveur l'avait oublié sur le comptoir mais le chocolat apporté n'était plus chaud !

Perfect !
Pros:

“Room with a View” of Marseille harbour was gorgeous - picture perfect. Lovely welcome by all staff. Dining room overlooked the harbour - so pretty at night. Dinner was excellent. Great cocktails in the Sky Bar. Pool a little small but the strong jets enabled me to swim against them and enjoyed the steam room and sauna.
