Rooms were smelly No AC
Pas de service voiturier pour nous aider à sortir les valises nous accueillir et nous prendre en charge et garer la voiture.
Nous avons perdu pas mal de temps en le faisant nous même et du coup le restaurant n’a pas voulu nous prendre pour le dîner.
La salle de bain venait d’être repeinte il y avais encore les bouts de scotchs pour cacher plein de peinture..

Le bar du dernier étage,magnifique vu sur le Vieux Port et la cathédrale,excellent cocktails et finger food.

The bed was not comfortable for me, but my friends said it was fine so that's just me.... please understand all your amenities for above and beyond to have freshwater in the room every day without having to pay for it is a luxury!! having all all Senior conveniences was very smart… Your hallways are disappointment… Look down on the baseboards and the chip paint… I couldn't understand why everything else is first class but you didn't take care of this or maybe it's on the drawing board and if so, get to it
